Great tasting coffee for a good price.

Terrific dark coffee for a great price which we've ordered many times. The only reason for not making it five stars is the pods are overinflated so the top and bottom of all the pods are rounded so that they tip over if you like setting them out on the counter or a tray. Also seems to cause about 1% of them to fail because they can't seat properly (we buy the 100ct and it seems like about one per box which fails). We've included them in every caffeinated order for quite a few years, but the last couple orders have not included them because of that strange overinflation. We're close to sea level so it's not a result of living at a high altitude. If you don't keep k-cups laid out neatly I don't think you can find a better deal.

This is my choice in coffee. Made the mistake of give some to my dad. Now I have to order for him too. 😆

Love the coffee, and was sure after the first few cups we had a new favorite, but then, time after time, I get the message saying it is not a kureg compatible product, but it would be ok for the next one, but it's just not a good value at this point, it's about half the time I get a unrecognized error and I have figured out what the problem is, and I am sure it is the pink reflective foil around the top edge, and it is not reflecting well enough for the photo cell to get pick it up, so we will have to get it out and turn it a little bit and see if it will work on the other areas of the foil, and once in a while I am able to get it to work, but I have wasted more than I have been able to drink, but I am very sad and disappointed because I absolutely love everything about the coffee, it is the best of the last dozen others we've tried, and it's at the bottom of the price scale with a lot of them at double the price, but I have to go back to my search for a new brew for my wife and I, I would be happy to be a customer again should it be something that you can get corrected.

I love this Company and their company. I traditionally get the Special Day as my #1....The blends are great and am a loyal fan favorite (except they're dumped the Mid-Night Special Decaf). I am a customer (last 4 yrs) and have purchase numerous times). Their variety packs is great, my only wish is that they'd serve/offer small counts (e.g. 20+) so everyone can have a taste for then the variety box. I really like the Cozy Blend (Medium blend). Hope they read and send me a reply......finding good coffee is hard.

We loooove this coffee it has notes of cocoa or chocolate and is strong if on the right setting. However, the last two deliveries we received had pods that pods were/are over-filled with air so when they go in the machine they burst open and the grounds go everywhere. Our solution is to have a toothpick near the pot to poke a hole in the pod before putting it in place, this helps reduce the coffee ground mess most times.
