Although pretty they’re paper shears not good for hair at all. So I wouldn’t bother getting them sharpened it would cost you more then the shears.

Q: Is the case included?

The case pictured was NOT included. Mine came with a clear plastic cover. It reminded me of a super-thin shower curtain. NOTHING like the case in the picture, and not even as strong as those plastic overs with the little snap closures that you would find on an umbrella or on Goody brand shears in a grocery store. I attempted to keep the cover, but it tore the second time I picked up the shears. It was intended to keep them from getting scratched during transit. After you get them home, you are on your own. They had no business showing a case in the picture, the black background wasn't even needed for contrast.
