I have order those shoes , but the pair I've receive don't have the motion confort pad , they were not the pro style model ! What about those one ?

shady marketing on amazon and dockers side. They have downgraded the product while leaving the price the same. They even have the pro style pictures still up.

Are these shoes genuine leather? or are they faux leather

These shoes are not 100% Leather!! The inside of the shoe says” Genuine Leather and Man-Made uppers”. The top of the shoe is leather while the heel and side panels are made of a fake man-made material. The stitching that runs along the heel and the side of the shoe toward the front is the demarcation line between the real leather (on top) and the fake leather. The fake leather eventually cracks at the crease line and starts to flake away even when the rest of the shoe still look good. I have included a video that shows the cracks that develop in the shoes.

how does the sizing run, big or small

In my experience, it tends to run a bit large, but its pretty close. I originally ordered a size 13W when I should wear and 11.5W or 12W because I was expecting it to be a bit small, but they ended up being a fair bit larger than expected. I ended up having to return them and get a 12W

Are the soles rubber or foam rubber. Cannot have shoes that slip on tile floors.

The soles are rubber. I track across tile floors all day and these shoes provide good traction.
