Llewellyn should make a day-per-page planner, please!
I like how informative it is, with the moon and planetary info. This combines the basics of an almanac with a datebook to keep tack of appointments and errands.Unfortunately, the week-per-page layout doesn't offer me much room to keep track of everything I like to keep track of. I like to keep my appointments, to-do lists, and school assignments (among other short notes taken throughout the day) all in the same planner. This just does not offer me the room I need each day. The lack of space is why I give it 4 stars instead of 5.2015 is the last year I think I will buy the datebook. Next year I think I will purchase the regular almanac and just write the info I need on a regular day-per-page planner. I would ADORE if Llewellyn came out with a day-per-page planner similar to this one! Then it would be absolutely perfect!

I simply cannot do without mine! I purchase every year.
I purchase the Witches' Date Book every year and my collection goes back to 2004. I offer professional spells and card readings at my website & I appreciate how easy it is to follow the lunar phases for scheduling of spells & all the space that is given for each day so I can easily write in my appointments. I love the wood-cut look to the artwork throughout each edition and those I like the best I have actually saved once the year is out. There are informative articles as well that I always enjoy reading. I find their planetary retrograde table to be VERY useful, especially when it comes to Mercury. I recommend this to everyone who desires to schedule activities by the moon, especially those of you who are magical practitioners. I simply cannot do without mine!

I love this calendar
I love this calendar, not because I'm Wiccan, but because it gives me a whole bunch of new "holidays" to read about and anticipate, even if I don't actually celebrate them. I love ceremony and tradition, and this is just different from the Judeo-Christian calendar I grew up with, and it involves paying attention to the seasons and the moon in a very concrete way. It also has recipes, some of which I've tried and enjoyed, though others are a bit, well, lame. One reason I've only given it four stars is because I miss the former illustrator--I just liked her art better, though the current illustrator is good too.

A Favorite for Several Years
Enough room for all my annual notes and changes and events. Sturdy covers to clip things to. Lasts being battered around at the bottom of my handbag or luggage when I travel. This is my fifth or sixth year with the Witches Datebook. I'll use it until they quit producing them. Then, I'll have to conjure my own. Don't pay too much attention to the interesting stuff in the front (recipes, yes;) and the moon, advice sections are neat if you're stuck on a train or plane or need something to read. I like the drawings throughout.

Loved this datebook for YEARS now and will go on loving it
It's my fourth year with using Llewellyn's Witches' Datebook and I love it and will keep using them for as long as Llewellyn makes them. It is jamb-packed with facts and lore and witchy info and I just love leafing through it and enjoying all the hard work that goes into creating this lovely datebook. I even confess to applying colored pencils to some of the fabulous artwork because it is just too hard to resist NOT adding to the overall ambiance with a bit of my own magical coloration.

Best Date Book
I would never be without one. Not only does it help me with my schedule, but has enough room to do a small journal entry every day. My one criticism is that they use the same artist every year. I wish they would use a different artist every year so that more artists get to show off their work. The recipes and short articles are also great.

Always a favorite
Can't go wrong with Llewellyn's datebook. Purchase it every year and feel lost without it. Ample room for daily appointments and helpful in planning spells, Esbats and Sabbats...it also has information on Rituals from around the globe! Each year includes recipes, Ritual ideas, planetary correspondences and helpful articles. Of course I'm sure that I've missed mentioning a thing or two, but you get the idea :-) Hands down, in my humbled opinion, it's THE Witches' go to datebook!

I love the size
I just ordered and received my 2016 book which will make my 4th year of having this product. I love the size, spiral bound design, and the layout. Although I use my iPhone calendar for so much, there are some things I like written down. When I am on medication, it great for me to keep track of when and what I have taken, as well as appointments. I also love the interesting extras that are included.

Everyday Wisdom
It has been my companion the whole year round for many, many years. It has very interesting information on how to live a better, healthier life in communion with nature and with what it offers us. In a few words, it puts the magical wheel of the year to our good use, with beautiful illustrations, stories and recipes.

Excellent and useful
Very useful for following the PAGAN YEAR. Nicely coloured and illustrated, enough space to write information on the dates pages, other information about all varieties of pagan ways included. Central year calendar/planner. I bought one, lost it and replaced it straight away. Have requested next years version for christmas/Yule!

... it yet I have last years version and it's excellent! I love the readings dotted throughout the book ...
Though I haven't received it yet I have last years version and it's excellent! I love the readings dotted throughout the book and it's well set out as a diary. It's beautiful too. I'm going to buy these every year as long as they're published.
