Really nice!!! Bigger and sturdier than I expected.
I've never played Borderlands... I'm just a fan of robots in general - and when I saw this, I thought it'd make a great addition to my desk. I wasn't wrong! Weighty, with heavy-duty construction, and bigger than I expected - it's awesome for a phone or small tablet stand. One issue a bunch of folks have mentioned - the hands are not even, so whatever you put in them is tilted. In the case of my phone - it's smooth, and kept sliding out of Claptrap's hands. I found a great workaround - Scotch restickable mounting dots. As you can see in the second pic, I cut one dot in half, and stuck each half to a hand. Phone sits nicely now, and doesn't get stuck to the dots, either. Overall - two big thumbs up!

Good for Borderlands fans, holds controller and phone well
Cute little guy. Bought it for my wife. One of the arms is much lower, though. Other than that it's pretty nice to have for Borderlands fans :)

Worth the money
Worth the money, bought for my granddaughter for Xmas she loves it, very well made, sturdy and it's a good size I would recommend this item

Good design with 1 minor issue
I got this as a gift for someone and was expecting it to be quite small. When the package had finally arrived I was a bit surprised that it was actually bigger than I thought. The only problem I had was that the tray that holds the controller or phone was jammed and would not be pulled out. It took several attempts to pry it open but once it was finally out it was easy to put in and then bring back out.
