Good product
This product delivered what it promised, a very nice piece of kit for a very reasonable price, considering what could happen to sensitive ( and expensive) electronics you might be working on. Design was good, size was adequate for my task and included instructions were clear and easy to follow.

It's a perfect size for laptop repairs. The grounding plug is very convenient. the molded tray is also useful to hold and keep small screws organized.

This a good working mat
Works well and lays flat with spots for small screws so you can separate into multiple groups. Do keep in mind the working space is on the smaller size so large boards wont fit as well. Mat feels pretty solid overall. Works well overall and would recommend for projects and anti-static bracelet can even fit my daughter so she can learn and help.

Decent mat for a good price
I needed to get this to safely change the battery in my laptop. The size was just right for the 14" computer. The compartments are just right for keeping screws and other small parts organized. The cord that goes into the receptacle is a bit short, so I used an extension cord to plug it in. It came rolled up but flattened out without problems. I only used the mat once, and then put it into storage until I need it again. I purchased this one based on the other positive reviews I read. No issues and the computer works fine, so I guess the protection was sufficient.

Great little project mat
Handy little project mat for a recent laptop upgrade. For some reason I thought this mat would be rigid, probably I didn't read the description, but it's actually a silicon mat that comes rolled up in a box. As it turns out, I really liked it. The silicon surface is non-slip with really useful numbered organizers for putting small screws and stuff. The workable surface area is about the size of a 15" laptop, I have an XPS, but I'd say it's similar to a MacBook Pro as well. It also came with an ESD strap for the wrist and another to clip to the mat. The compact size worked fine for me on my desk without taking up too much space.
