I really liked the ease of installation. The engineering of this set is different from other faucets I’ve installed. I liked having the quick connects, plus the included tool is very handy. I honestly wouldn’t have needed to use any other tools. I did wrench on my supply line, but hand tightened would have sufficed. The rubber gasket in it would probably hold from a strong hand tightening. The quality of the build seems fine initially. I can’t say much for how it will hold up long term from just a few days of use, but it doesn’t feel cheap. As for how it looks, well, I really think it’s attractive. It isn’t wild, but that open spout does stand out. The one thing I would caution about is the flow isn’t strong. If you’re hoping for Niagara Falls, you’ll be disappointed. I don’t mind it, but my wife would like better flow. The nice thing about the lack of force coming out of it is it doesn’t splash all over when washing your hands. I’m giving it five stars even though I’d like the ability to increase the flow a bit. No one seems to make an adjustable restrictor on faucets. It would be a welcome addition.

We bought this three piece version versus the single piece because when the granite countertops were installed our old sink had 3 holes and we had them drill 3 holes in the granite, so we were lucky to find this three hole version because we fell in love with the look of this faucet. The water flow is regulated, meaning if you turn the hot or cold water on at 100% and for the sake of discussion, the flow is 3 gallons per minute, if you then turn the other nozzle on 100%, the flow stays at the same 3 gallons per minute. The 3 GPM is a fictitious figure for example, but the flow remains constant. I personally like this. The only change I would make is to angle the nozzle down about 5 degrees so water would flow down versus a few drops sitting until they evaporate, but that is the only gripe I could possibly come up with on this facet. There is a slim chance the bathroom counter top was not perfectly level, but the guy installing the granite counter tops treated this like it was his personal art form and he was meticulous with the installation and I saw him use a level many times on the kitchen counter tops, so I am assuming he did the same with the bathroom counter tops where this faucet is installed. I would buy this again.

In one of my bathrooms I needed to replace the faucets, it was Moen one that failed only after 4 years . I do have a similar Pfister one in my other bathroom so I picked this one up to match. The install was very easy , no tape , putty or special tools required. Once I removed the old faucet it took about 40 minutes to complete the job. The new faucet looks great too ! From now on if I ever have to change a faucet again I’m only going to buy this brand!

This is a very nice looking faucet. Overall, installation was straightforward with one exception. The plastic "quick install" tool is a nice idea and worked well for tightening the valve body nuts (step 3A). However, it did not work well for installing the threaded brass nuts into the supply lines (step 6E). The tool stripped before fully tightening the inserts, causing those connections to leak. I recommend using two wrenches for this step, one on the supply line nut and one on the insert. I also recommend using plumbers tape on this connection. Once I did that, I was able to get a watertight connection.

First, I would like to point out the directions for installing this faucet were great. And it was great they had all the adapters and special tools needed for the Pfister fitting under the sink. It took me about 1.5 hours to uninstall and install the new faucet in my bathroom. Nothing too complex about the install. It was pretty straight forward. My issue comes with the operation of the faucet. The faucet needs more of an angle to the main waterfall piece. Since it does leave water spots on the faucet. In addition, a higher degree angle would insure the water falls in the same location in the sink. I have noticed the water will start out in the middle of the drain plug. And slowly moves towards close to the back of the sink under not hitting the top of drain plug. So about a total of 2 inch variance in where the water stream lands in sink. Overall, not a bad unit. Does not leak and looks pretty sharp on the top of the vanity in the bathroom. Just a few design flaws in the until and the function of the faucet. That is one reason I took off 1 star and gave the unit 4 stars.

So far love them I was Lucky and bought all three for my house at 65$ and a day later they were 99$ and let me tell yah worth it even at 99$ it took me a hr or longer to get the old ones out and maybe 20 mins tops to put the new ones in ! It was super easy and i’m not someone with a lot of patience for this kind of stuff and not once did I have a issue buy them they look perfect and feel like good Quality

It you want to buy something that will last you have to go with a company that designs well made products. I know it means spending more money and I didn't want to do that because I'm on a budget. After going to Home Depot and looking at six different brands I had to go with this brand. My old faucets were rusting on the sides and didn't include a pop out drain. Even if you don't go with this style go to this company Pfister website under Amazon prime and you will see other styles made by this company. I think their products are made to last and are good quality. I didn't want to buy the faucet at home depot because it was cheaper online at Amazon prime.

This faucet instantly updated my bathroom. I love the way it looks. Here are a couple of things you should know: (1) Removal of old faucet handles : impossible if rusted on and you are doing it "by the book." I absolutely could not unscrew the old faucets. A handy Dremel tool with a metal cutter fitting and working from the topside removed the old handle assemblies in under five minutes each. (2) THe handles did not seat at all when assembled per instruction. I found a video online as to how to remove the handles and the secret is they screw onto the valve assembly. This is totally not described in the instruction. Once you twist the bottom part of the handle a few times round the handle assemble sits in place nicely. (3) No matching fixture for a roman tub. I have a roman tub which requires just nice hardware decorative fixtures to make it match the sink faucets. Pfister does not make these. I really am kind of upset by this. (4) Seems to have flow restrictors but the water flow is adequate for use in a sink. (5) If you have installed one, the next one installs very quickly. It's actually incredibly easy to install once you have some experience. However, the instructions are not that great.

Easy to install by far with click and go function. Working in very tight space was no problem. Had to return other products i just couldn't work in space with them. Love my new pop up stopper. Never going back to those other pullup junky ones. Also bought shower version. Have been using for a month and no issues.

Very stylish waterfall faucet! The handles are very smooth to use and installation was simple. The spot resistant finish is also a plus!

excellent waterfall faucet. Occasional water marks in flow area, but easy to remove with a finger. Very easy to clean around it. Solid metal, very heavy duty.
