To be honest, if you have a hard rubber ball like a lacrosse ball or even a baseball or softball, you could duplicate a lot of the functions of the items included in this kit. I’ve realized that these things likely represent one of those brilliant moments when someone looks at an ordinary household item and repurposes and rebrands it as something else.Anyway, you do get a cool bag buying this kit. The items themselves; I’m a fan of deep tissue massage. Short of having a beefy male or female massage therapist grind their elbows and hands into you, these balls and rollers are the best alternative I’ve found to get some relief. Better than some expensive massage chair or some strange plastic hook-like stick that Amazon sells to massage your back. The items in this kit are amazing in the simplicity in their concept and forms and yet the relief they provide.

I use this a few times per week and really find it helpful for my hip pain. I tend to get sciatic pain and that gets a lot of relief as well.

My physiotherapist recommended something like this to help me better than the foam roller, she says that these devices trigger more accurately the trigger points and are more customizable for my fibromyalgia, hEDS body.She taught me how to start, and wow!! It's a big difference!! I do like my roller, but these dig deeper and better where I need them to. I can use them against the wall, or on my yoga mat when I need more relaxation.I'm excited because we're going to learnt to use them with a special press/release technique that is only used in the USA, so that I can follow up at home the rest of the week after physio.

Great for I need especially the solid rubbery ball! It’s good quality for the price and I really just need it here and there to get some kinks from the neck, back and shoulder blade area.

My calves can get really tight and knotted and it’s hard to get the muscles to relax. With this set, I am able to create pressure on my own and target the exact spots that I need relief on. Gets really deep into the muscles and feels amazing, I can already tell the difference only after a couple of days of using it. I can’t believe I waited so long to get this.

Great product, exactly as advertised and easy to use. Instead of getting just one or two pieces, I opted for a set. Quickly found that to be a wise decision since different areas of back/legs/chest require different pieces. Plyopic seems to know this well - designed the set exactly with this in mind.
