I want to encourage everyone to take a gamble on this product! I waited and waited to bite the bullet because I just didn't see how it could possibly be much better than the monk fruit/erythritol blends found at my local store. I just mixed two spoonfuls of this stuff into my coffee with a shot of real organic cream. I pursed my lips and waited for that old familiar aftertaste, but the aftertaste never came. Best price for monk fruit/erythritol I found. Fine crystals dissolve fast. Doesn't have quite the back-of-the-tongue sweetness of sugar, but it has absolutely no after taste. Suitable for sweetening mildly flavored dishes or baking as it won't contaminate the flavor.
