It's Actually Very Tasty!
This stuff ia great with some vanilla almond milk and that PB Fit protein peanut butter mix stuff. Makes it into a chocolatey peanut butter type of drink (or a light chocolate milk with some peanut butter flavor in it) and it's really good. Or you can do without the PB Fit stuff and just mix it with almond milk, oat milk, or regular milk, and it's very good. The flavor is very light, but very good. Don't expect it to have as much flavor as Nesquik, which is loaded with sugar. But it has just enough flavor to get the job done and it does taste like legit chocolate powder. It tastes... Clean. It doesn't taste like some crap that they made in a lab, which is great. Not chalky at all. I actually look forward to drinking it because it's like I'm drinking chocolate milk or chocolate peanut butter milk when I mix the PBFit stuff with it. The consistency is also very good. Nice soft, smooth powder. Not thick or chunky or clumped together at all. It's the same consistency as baby powder, nice and smooth. Mixes very well, no clumps ever when I shake it a little. It's such a smooth powder that it dissolves well. You can mix it with water very easily, but the flavor will be very light. You will want to add vanilla almond milk or something to give it a little more of a flavor boost. Which is why, again, I do that and also mix the peanut butter stuff and it's just great. Lastly, you get a great bang for your buck. Not only is it a great price ($16 for me as of the time of this review), but you get a lot of product in it. It was chock-full when I bought it, the container was literally at max capacity, almost up to the brim. Unlike some other companies that promote their product and give you a giant tub and it is only half full; which is definitely not the case with this.

Tastes good and works!!
I’ve been working on my weight loss journey, and this chocolate meal replacement shake has been a really helpful tool. It’s loaded with superfoods plus pre- and probiotics, so I feel like I’m fueling my body with more than just calories. The chocolate flavor is decent—not too sweet, more like a light cocoa—and it actually keeps me full, which cuts down on snacking. It’s quick to mix up, easy on my stomach, and fits right into my routine. Not a magic fix, but a solid support for staying on track.

Not really true “MEAL REPLACEMENT” as labeled. More a supplement.
1.) NOT really “meal replacement”; more of a nutritional supplement. If mixed with water (as suggested) only 120 Cal., while even a lite “meal” is really about 400-500 Cal. Considering a 2000 Cal/day as standard, you’d need 16x servings of this a day. Now, I mix mine with 10-12oz whole milk, so totals 230-250 Cal. That’s still not a meal replacement, though better than with water. 2.) NOW — the chocolate shake is very chocolaty. So that’s good. Can definitely taste the pea powder and nuts, which is o’kay by me. Just be aware of that. 3.) Really need electric blender to smooth the shake, else very chunky. A vigorous whisking isn’t enough. Using a shaker is better, but still a little “chalky”. A mechanical/electric blender is best.

Noticed A Difference In Energy Right Away
I wasn't eating very well before buying this, but I noticed a change in mood and energy right away. If you enjoy your meals, it might be difficult at first to use this as a replacement, but I'd recommend using it as a breakfast or lunch replacement and then having a normal dinner. The taste is not incredible, but its not something that I find myself hating more and more as I drink it. If anything its been growing on me. Mixing it with almond milk gives it that real milkshake consistency and flavor, so I'd highly recommend that. Water works just fine though. Do not try to stir it, it won't mix well. You should buy a tumbler or get a small electric drink mixer. There are some on Amazon.

Great value
More reasonably priced than many meal replacement powders, yet made with high quality ingredients. Not really sweet but fine with me. I don't really feel need to add some stevia but you could. I mix with almond milk or 1/2c of milk with water, ice, and small amount of heavy cream. If you put in freezer for awhile it will get thicker. Makes a filling, quick meal replacement.

Nasty, Gritty, And Bitter
Absolutely nasty. Leaves a bitter taste in your mouth that sits right at the sides of your tongue in the back near your throat. It also has a gritty texture - think of drinking bitter water with sand in it, and you'll understand. The combination of bitterness and sand eventually made me a little nauseated as well. Would I buy this again? NO Would I recommend it to someone else? NO Not even to someone I don't like.

Taste needs improvement
I really wanted to like Super Shake because the nutrition profile is excellent. It’s plant-based, convenient, and truly feels like an “all-in-one” meal replacement with protein, vitamins, and minerals all in one scoop. From a health and convenience standpoint, it checks a lot of boxes. Unfortunately, the taste is where it falls short for me. The texture is noticeably chalky, even when blended well and mixed with different liquids. I tried it with water, almond milk, and even in a smoothie, and the chalky mouthfeel was still there. It’s drinkable, but not enjoyable. That said, if you prioritize clean ingredients and nutrition over taste, this may still work for you—especially if you don’t mind doctoring it up with fruit, nut butter, or cocoa powder. I’ll likely finish the container, but I’m not sure I’d repurchase unless the flavor or texture improves.

A winner
I have tried a number of protein drinks and discontinued them. This one is superb. The chocolate flavor is pleasant, not overbearing, and the inclusion of pre- and probiotics makes it a winner. I like it best with milk, and it makes a great breakfast. Have reordered it a number of times and will continue to do so.
