9.5 inch extension wrench Stainless Steel

I like how it gives me the leverage I need when I need to get into a tight space. It's light yet made of strong material. Got to have some type of tool that helps out the other tools in your toolbox.

I'm a new wrencher and heard about these from Scotty Kilmer on YooTube. Doing my first oil change, I already needed it to loosen the oil drain bolt. Without it, I would be back at the drive thru oil change shop. Believe me, you need this! It will allow you to loosen the tightest bolts when you body is in the tightest of situations. One of the best tools in my toolbox! I Love It!

I usually use a piece of pipe to use as a "torque amplifier" but I used this on some over tightened valve cover bolts when replacing gaskets. it works great on wrenches AND I even used it on my ratchet handle to extend it to yield more torque. I'm glad I have it. I bought the 16.5 inch one too and I look forward to using it soon!

I don't write many Amazon reviews, unless a product has either far-exceeded my expectations or let me down. I'm pleased to report that this tool falls into the former category. As in..."how did I live without this tool for so long??"I have a well-stocked collection of tools, mostly used to take care of my mini-fleet of automobiles. It's not that I'm cheap (well, I am a little), but I get satisfaction from repairing my own things and knowing it was done right.I just completed a brake job on my Infiniti G35's rear brakes -- new rotors, calipers, pads, all hardware. There are a couple bolts holding the caliper bracket with no clearance to get a breaker bar with a socket on them. Using this little gem, I was able to make quick work of two 19mm bolts that would otherwise been a PITA to remove. Basically, combine this with the wrenches you already have, and you now have the leverage you've always been missing to break things lose without resorting to a breaker bar.Five stars! Now I just need to find a place of honor for this tool in my tool chest. I also need to get the medium size version of this tool for times when it would be good to have even more leverage!

This is a solid piece of steel that looks and feels super strong. In my opinion, this design is ingenious and is a way better option than using two wrenches for increasing leverage. I haven't used it for anything super tight yet, but for what I have used it on, it works wonders. Plus I don't worry about nicking my wrench with the two-wrench method. I would highly recommend this tool. I haven't tried all wrench sizes, but it should fit the most common sizes that you would typically need to gain more leverage on.

I've been waiting for decades for a tool like this. I finally bought one.I like this extension. It's definetely good for saving my other wrenches and not having to explain why the open end part is bad when I goto warranty them.This wrench is really high quality. Feels good in the hands, and isn't bulky.I with the bar was a little longer, but it's no reason for less stars.If you do any wrenching.. this needs to be in your toolbox.

Omg, I can't believe i lived without this. Battery nuts with corroded ends impossible to budge by hand popped easily free with this on a wrench. It seems obvious but that it's made for any standard wrench set makes it a must have. I have to figure out how to use it for over tightened screws.

Did not come on a card as shown in photo. Was shipped from manufacturer in a baggie. Finish of tool was rather rough with mild and minor scratch marks and dings. Perhaps it was a returned item? Anyway, something to be aware of if you're thinking about buying this as a gift. The tool itself has some heft and looks like it will do the job. It fits well into my GearWrench open end wrenches.
