Good customer service
*edited*Well, my original review liked the laser out of the box. Nice and bright, plenty of accessories. I mounted it to my AR9, and was not happy. Took it out twice and couldn't get the damn thing to hold zero. The AR9 doesn't have a bad kick at all, so I can't blame it on that. I remounted it, wrenched it down hard, and it still moves, so it has to be in the laser and not the mounting. The elevation/windage adjustments are sloppy, so I believed that's where the lack of quality lies.I contacted the seller, and they seemed to indicate that it may be a faulty unit and would send a replacement. The replacement arrived, and the elevation/windage adjustments on the second unit are much better. I haven't yet had a chance to shoot with it mounted yet, but am going to put 5-stars for the customer service, pending testing to see if this one holds zero. I really appreciate customer service like this, and will be checking the seller's store to see if there are other items I am interested in, since I can buy with confidence that if something is wrong, they will make it right.

Caution! Damaging to the eyes!
Can you say eye damage? I tested the output of this device. The green output was 20mw. Not a good finding as it is rated for 5mw. I then put a visible filter on it. The pump wavelength of 1064nm was 30mw! That wavelength is very damaging to the human eye and invisible. I was surprised to see that the lens not only allowed the 1064 through but it also collimated the beam making it even more dangerous. Please do not use this on any air soft platform. This is not meant for any gaming where you might target people. This is not a toy and on top of that this is not documented correctly. I understand the technology and if the green stops working because of an alignment issue with the crystals, it is possible that the 1064nm will still be produced. The 1064nm is invisible and to the untrained person, the first though is to look into the output aperture. This can literally burn your retina and cause blindness.I would have given this zero stars. If I did that people might not have read this review. I know I personally ignore the zero stars as they are usually angry people who, unfortunately, received an infant mortality unit. My hope is that people read this review and throw the device away. Amazon should open a testing group who’s sole purpose is to ensure devices are marked properly and are safe to sell to the public. 1 kid going blind is not worth the profit if this sale.I am in the industry and have tools which can accurately measure laser performance. Obviously most people do not have access to this kind of equipment. Amazon, please do the right thing and take this off the market.

Excellent Laser, Horrendous Mount
The laser here is excellent, very bright and easy to use with adjustable windage/elevation. What is not fine is the picatinny mount that it comes with. It's hard to explain, just know that the clamps which hold onto the rail share the same piece of metal as the center screw which is meant to hold the laser itself in place. What happens is that the rail itself can be wide enough to spread the entire piece apart, preventing it from holding onto the laser. Of course, it falls right out.I used a two-piece vice clamp from a flashlight mount, which works well. If you have some other clamp that can hold onto the laser's housing, then go for it.

Great product weak inner spring. Not good for a 12 gage auto shotgun
Bought the product, worked great, looks awesome. Nice strong solid beam stopped working in the middle of the last range session. After disassembly it appears that the Inner spring that keeps the battery in contact with the switch had compressed to the point where the battery was no longer making contact. Barrel of laser also fits loosely in the provided picatiny Mount. I used athletic tape as a buffer. 40 12 gage 00buck and 5 magnum slugs later the laser was no longer working. Was only activated 6 times during the session. I was able to stretch the spring and get it to start working again but this will happen again I am sure.

Brightest laser I’ve ever seen. Crazy
First, for 20 dollars, I was willing to take a gamble. When it came, I charged the battery and turned it on, holly crap I’ve never seen a laser so bright. Actually at night, it’s so bright that it creates a green beam and hits the clouds. It’s not for military use because it will instantly give away your position, however I bought it for night and off the hip shooting. The intimidation factor is off the charts. Any unwanted guests that come onto your property will instantly know some bad shit is about to happen because a lightsaber type beam of green will show anyone within 500yrds who is being targeted. In the daylight it shows up 200yrds no joke. Adjusts like a scope.

2nd laser
Update: 2nd laser works great, worth the effort of returning the first for the priceGiving it one more shot with a replacement but what a letdown tonight. I hope the second one functions for more than a few minutes :( . The laser was bright and amazing when it did work.

Giid - But...
Instructions suck. Laser seems to be pretty good. No information on the charging unit (red light flashing means what?). Without good instructions, I'm also having a hard time trying to attach the remote on/off button. I'll figure it out I hope. Overall seems to work grate and very affordable.

Powerful green laser at a great price!
Very nicely machined and finished product.Brilliant green laser. Appears to be rugged.I have not mounted it or checked it's ability to hold POA. I'LL follow up if that appears to be a problem. I'm going to order a couple more.
