I have to have this every morning and sometimes during the afternoon. It’s a great little clean energy boost with no jitters. Great quality for the price. I started with one scoop a morning then went to 2 after about a week. I fill my shaker bottle with about 10-16 ounces of cool water (depending on how strong I want it) then add the powder and shake it up. I find it mixes better that way. When going into the office I prepare the night before and leave it in the fridge. Great energy drink with great vitamins to benefit!! Never had an issue with packaging or received a bad batch, will always but this and use as part of my routine

I recently started my health and fitness journey..I have two young sons so I get up at 430 to get to the gym around 5 to work out for an hour and 40 min-5 days a week. I wanted something that would give me energy to get moving and start my day that early as well as take me through my workout and after...but not make me feel like my heart was going to beat out of my chest. I'd tried other pre-workouts a few years back that swore the same things and I ended up feeling anxious, grumpy and like I was going to die when the crash came post jitters. Not to mention those others tasted awful. So I got on here one morning and found this. I got it and tried it and its DELICIOUS! So the first day-I was nervous and didn't even use one full scoop bc I didn't want to get that weird feeling. I didn't! So increased a little each day from a scoop now i use 2 or 3 depending on my workout that ive got planned for that day. I've been using this daily for over a month and It's the first thing I look forward to when I roll out of bed to get up for the gym! I LOVE the taste of the blue raspberry. I just ordered my 2nd container bc I do not want to run out. Here's the best part for me in addition to all the other benefits but my iced coffee was the one not so healthy thing (creamer) that i still indulged in every morning bc I needed it! I loved it and could not go without....now I don't need it and honestly I don't want it much. I MAYBE only have one cup a week now. This 0 sugar pre workout has been an amazing addition to my workout and is able to carry me through my early workout and coming home to pack lunches and get my oldest son up and off to school as well as keeping uo with my 2 year old toddler! There is no crash. No jitters. Nothing bad. This is amazing and I hope that if you are worried about the same things I was- you can stop looking bc this is IT!!! I even got my sister in law hooked on it!!! Just put the cpl scoops or preferred amount in a mixer bottle shake and have an awesome workout and day!

wonderful product you can see the difference once you try thus product. I think its a best pre-workout supplement. If you compare with BCAA i would recommend you to use this product because this contains essential amino's which will prevent from muscle burning and help in fat loss but also it will give you extra energy to do more workout and you can lift more weights with more repetition. try this once and you can definitely see the difference thumbs up....

Taste Better and Good

I bought this during the black friday sales a couple months back and have waited until now to give a review. This product tastes and mixes great and also has many uses other than that of a intra or pre workout. In fact I have never used this product for either of those things, for that I have another supplement. No this product has probably been one of the best investments in the progression of my scholarly studies, I'm sat here at 4 in the morning writing as essay due tomorrow on the intricacies of adverse possession in property law. I'm not gonna be coy here when I say that this product has probably saved my degree on several occasions in the last week or two. The level of concentration that it gives use is fantastic for getting down with work and a standard two scoop serving when you're feeling a little lethargic has helped me battle through all nighters in the library with few jitters and only a minor adverse effect on the digestive system. . For a mere 20pound this is a bargain and if you're a student or someone who works nights this is a fantastic product toothache amongst your fitness arsenal with the added bonus of making sure you don't lose those gainz whilst studying!

Ich bin begeistert! Der Geschmack von Blue Rasperry ist lecker. Schmeckt in etwa wie das blaue Powerade. Die Wirkung ist auch gut. Ich kann mittlerweile nicht mehr ohne. Man ist total wach und fokussiert. Leider ist der Preis etwas hoch. Die Dose ist auch nur halb voll. Aber insgesamt doch empfehlenswert!
