Workhorse Artist’s Portable Large White Watercolor Paint Palette Case

The case is sturdy enough, there are plenty of paint slots and I do really like the thumb hold. I’ve had no issues with the opening/closing. The only issue would be that some of the paintbrush holders are too small for average brushes. I would recommend this for someone starting watercolor

Perfect size and weight to use in studio or take on plein air painting. This is my second one. Very good for my use!

I like this palette but wish I had bought bigger one. It’s working well though. I just have to clean a well occasionally to mix a new color.

Apologies for the bad review below.Beginners mistake. I learned that you have to prepare the surface so that the paint will adhere. ( which I learned on google). It works beautifully now The surface is very smooth and slick so that he paints bead together and do not spread . The colors then cannot be blended well. It is very cheap so not worth sending back. I’ll try and find another use for it

I've purchased a few of these. Nice and light. Small foot print but large enough to hold plenty of paint. I use masking tape to tape the corners of the palette to my table. This keeps it in place so I do not need to use my hand to hold it while I mix up my paint with the brush.

The case is warped, therefore, it doesn’t close properly.

Great product and at a great price point. Love this to take with me when I paint outdoors to keep my watercolor paints in!

This is a really nice, large palette that I use regularly for watercolour. My only caveat is that if you use it right out of the packaging without prepping it first, your paint will bead on the surface and wont stick well( or at all) in each slot after it dries. I used an old toothbrush and some toothpaste as well as a gritty dish sponge to prep it first before using it and it worked like a charm. It may cause your paint to stain the plastic, but not enough to be problematic. Overall, this gives me enough slots for numerous paint colours, is lightweight and has a large mixing area so it's perfect for everyday use at home or in the studio.

it works well, a lot of space but the paint dries and falls off quickly but if you keep it wet then it won’t dry

Exactly what i expected.

Doesnt close properly and is not air tight … waste of money. My gouache practically dried and crackled up. Might work for acrylics. Its just plastic

Great beginner palette. Lots of room to mix it up! It's not as sturdy as I would have liked but am happy, regardless.
