My little robo dwarf hamster loves this she zooms in and out and back around again. It's sturdy and the color goes well with the natural flow of her her habitat. Watching her play with this is so awesome. Grab one and thank me later.

There was a lot of wood bits still in it cleaned some of it out and then gave to my mouse she liked that she was able to forage and clean it and put it in her hut

I love this little tree trunk. Please be aware that it is made for dwarves ONLY. The holes are indeed tiny for a Syrian but work well for a dwarf. I wish the holes were bigger to accommodate either breed, but I have been using it fine with my dwarf. It does give a very natural forestry vibe. I am a little confused as to why people in a FB group said that this log is not safe, not even for a dwarf. Niteangel is one of the only brands available in the US that specializes in small animals. Everything I have bought from them so far has been of high quality. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that I wish the holes were bigger, but it does fit a dwarf okay, as advertised. Other than that, an exceptional tunnel.

I wasn't sure of the dimensions when I purchased, but glad I did. It is perfect for my Robo (dwarf) hamster, she loves going in and out and climbing on top like a little explorer. Great craftsmanship too, now I'll have a second one for my male Robo.Note: This is not for larger hamsters like Syrians.

I bought this for my daughter's Gerbils: Dino, Tony, and Marco. Like most rodents, gerbil teeth keep growing and they need something hard to chew to wear those teeth down. The Niteangel Natural Wooden Hamster Mouse Tunnel Tube Toy Forest Hollow Tree Trunk met this need for these youngsters nicely. They love going in and out of the many holes, which are quite round and not splinter-y at all - and they love to chew around the holes, which helps to grind those teeth down. It is kinda expensive for a short stub of tree branch, but I don't have a tree branch, nor the kind of drill to make holes this big so the folks that make the Niteangel Natural Wooden Hamster Mouse Tunnel Tube Toy Forest Hollow Tree Trunk have one up on me there.Our recently passed gerbil was quite stout in his old age and probably would not have fit through the holes, but he would have furiously chewed the entrance in a futile attempt to enter - which would have served the purpose, though your pudgier hamster/gerbil might miss out on the fun of travelling through the holes.All in all, I and my daughter are satisified with our Niteangel Natural Wooden Hamster Mouse Tunnel Tube Toy Forest Hollow Tree Trunk - Dino, Tony, and Marco seem to like it too.

Rambo doesn’t love it, he was curious at first but hasn’t touched it since. Shame because it’s really cute.

Description was written as 20cmx7cmx7cm, which is not true. Surprisingly smaller than I thought it would be, measurements should have been 20cmx6cmx6cm. Not sure why some people had reviewed saying this was bigger than expected but it definitely was smaller than the measurements indicated. Diameter of all the entrances and holes are also 3.5cm, so be sure to roughly estimate your animal's size before purchasing this. Overall it worked for my robo hamster and was a fun addition to his home. :)

My gerbils liked chewing and running on top of this tunnel, but never wanted to go through the holes. I'm wondering if they're slightly too narrow for them to feel comfortable going through.Very cute item though!

It's so dirty, im worry if there is some kinda bug inside. Also it's so small hole for my dwarf hamster.
