Not the same 2nd order
We ordered this product the beginning of April, then again the beginning of August. It lasts a very long time. The first time we ordered it, it was yellow, solid, and had no cosmetic label on it. The second time we ordered, it was an off white color, creamy and had a label on it which makes me assume that there are chemicals in this product not listed on the label. Not sure if we're going to keep it. We also went to "buy again", so it should have been the same exact product and was not.

Not 100% shea butter
This is cut with something like an oil, because it's too smooth. 100% shea butter is way more firm than this and you cant just rub it on like you can this stuff. Used it to make my lip balm recipe ive made for years, and they turned out way too soft. Yet ANOTHER garbage seller from amazon selling garbage stuff. This is my last year of prime.

Deeply Dissapointed
Instead of the nutty shea butter scent I am used to, I noticed an odor of what I would describe as petroleum. A little concerned I still decided to try the product on my skin. After a couple days of testing the product my skin I started to develop an itchy/burning sensation and now a rash. I have never experienced a reaction like this with authentic shea butter which is typically highly moisturizing and soothing. I recommend exercising caution before purchasing this product

Not what’s seen in the picture
I did not receive what was listed here. I have a different container of shea butter. It even feels softer than the original, like it had been cut with vaseline or something.

Weight of product is off and very misleading!
Description is very inaccurate! States 32oz in main listing. Then if you read below it says "about" 2lbs (30oz). Had me curious so I actually weighed it. 28.46oz is what it actually came in the tub and that weight included the tub. Product weight should not include the container! Very misleading and unprofessional! I will just stick to my local store that weighs accurately.

Not bad, but won't buy again.
Honestly this product was great! I use it with coco butter, aloe vera juice, hibiscus, and other oils to make my body butter/hair sealent that I use for everything. It lasted a pretty long time. However when I got it the bottom was broken a little, but I didnt notice it until I was halfway done with the product.That being said I wouldnt buy it again because it's not organic. I found another product that is similar and organic.

Quality and affordable
This seller is the cheapest I found so far on here and the Shea butter smells just the way it's suopposed to smell. The downside is that the container was really damaged when I received the package so I have to figure out how else to store the Shea butter else it will melt and be all over the place. I gave three 3 stars because it will be quite messy trying to scoop out 32oz of Shea butter. The packaging can be better.

Broken package... Still good content.
I was super excited about this product, however I am now highly upset that the container for the product was broken. I've read the reviews before purchasing and decided to disregard the commentaries about the package breaking and still give it a chance. Boy was I wrong!!!!! Now I have to find another container big enough to hold the product. I'm still excited to see what the product has in store. I'm definitely going to have to co use with another product because the smell isn't what I expected but that's what other fragrances are for... Overall, I'm still excited about product but pissed off that my container is broken! In two different places!!!!
