It’s a great massager—it works effectively, makes an excellent gift, and comes at a very attractive price.

I was skeptical at first. Never know if you can trust reviews anymore. This thing can be a bit rough when my neck is sore, but it legitimately works for me. It relieves the neck pain I get from being in my 40s.

Of all the percussive shiatsu massagers on the market, this is different, with two sets of three ball rollers that spin, and reverse direction, also with heat, and clever straps to hold with your hands to guide the area of massage and amount of tension that the rotating balls massage your tired and aching muscles. It is almost like a masseuse, and it works the muscles without the rapid percussive action of those other massagers. The long handheld straps are also a unique and practical way to hold and control the massage, and much easier than the percussive massagers, that are handled like a hair dryer in only one hand. This is the best massager l have ever purchased, and am very pleased with its performance!

This thing is good! It gets the job done. I would recommend this to someone. It is pretty dang strong, With three intensity levels. The heat is nice too. This is a good purchase for someone like myself who doesn’t want to pay a ton of money for massages. It definitely will help work out some of the tension in your neck and shoulders.

This item is very impressive. It is a very solid neck massager. It work right out of the box, and impressed several people who tried it right away. It was purchased for a family member with back and shoulder problems, and was immediately effective for them. I recommend it.

Nice Swedish style light massager. Great to relieve tension but not for deeper muscle work. Applying any pressure on the unit causes the motor to grind and strain sounding awful.

Love the support of the massage and the handles are great for adjusting the height of the device

It is a great massager for muscles straines and tiredness. The heating is soft, it doesn't burn. The levels are good option if you want to apply pressure slowly. The reverse option is lovely which massages in different directions. Seriously it is a great buy and saves tons of money to be paid for massage therapists. I did all my back, spine, shoulders, thighs, even my foot with this tool. Please note, if you gave a lot of nods or muscles strain, you will feel soreness after the first use, it is exactly the same when you have been a while you have not been to a massage therapist. I really recommend for people that spend long hours on the computer or office workers. Price is great for what it does. It is a real comfort.
