I bought these replacement ear pads for my Plantronics Voyager Focus UC headset and I’m shocked at how good they are! After years of wear the originals were faded, cracked, and really uncomfortable—but these pads brought it all back. What I love: The fit is perfect. They snugley match the ring groove on my Voyager Focus UC (and even fit my BlackWire 5220), so no awkward gaps or loose edges. Comfort is dramatically improved. The soft faux leather feels almost identical to the original, and my ears no longer ache after long calls. They’re easy to install: just peel the old pad off, align the new one carefully, press the rubber ring into the groove, and you’re done. No special tools, no stress. The quality feels solid for the price. The craftsmanship is good, stitching is clean, edges are well finished. Plus the seller offers a 12-month warranty and lifetime tech support. A few minor notes: These pads don’t include the internal foam insert, just the cushion cover. So if your original foam is trashed, you might still want to replace that as well. Color/shade may differ slightly from photos due to lighting, but it’s barely noticeable once installed. Bottom line: If your Voyager Focus or BlackWire headset’s ear pads are worn out or painful, these are a fantastic, affordable fix. I highly recommend them—5 stars without hesitation.

This cushion feels well made and provides great support while sitting for long periods. It helps reduce pressure and makes working much more comfortable. The material feels durable and keeps its shape nicely. If you work from home, it’s worth investing in the best, and this one is a great choice. 100% recommended

I am always skeptical about buying replacement parts for certain products like these headphones (Poly Voyager 4320 UC). Luckily these covers fit, look, and feel just like the original. Please note the edge of the covers are supposed to fit into the groove of the earpiece. I am happy to report you will be able to fit the ear covers into that grooves ;however, it will take a little bit of patience. I would suggest to first pull the edge of the ear covers over the entirety of the earpiece. Afterwords, you can slowly move the edge into the groove. If you want, you can also just leave the cover outside of the groove and I don’t think it will change the functionality. I Include a picture of the replacement cover inside the groove and one outside the groove. I did have the original covers for three years and I will make an update if the durability is lacking.

These ear pads are exactly like the original ones — same size, same comfort, and same premium feel. They fit perfectly on my headphones and brought them back to life. The sound quality is just as good, and they’re super comfortable for long listening sessions. Great value and easy to install. Highly recommended for anyone needing a refresh!

They fit fine, but don’t last too long. Luckily they’re cheap. I work in a call center so my headsets on for 10 hours a day I need to replace my cushions every six months.

After daily use for years my original ear pads began to break down. I was presently surprised when I found these on Amazon. They look just like the original and are very easy to install. I've been using them for a few months now and they're very comfortable.

The quality is nice as they look and feel exactly like the originals did when they were new. I got tired of having the black flakes stuck on my face and ears after using the old ones. Bought these again (previously for my old headset that my kids now use for gaming) and they make this headset like new. Be careful to leave the padding in place when you're taking off the old ones, but they slide right on and the edge slide easily into the crease the other ones were in to hold them in place. Literally took me less than 5 minutes to get the old ones off and these ones on.

Fits great and easy to put on. My plantronics headset original earpieces covers disintegrated after years of use even though the rest of the headset worked great. This product looked to be a match for replacement, and it fit perfectly. Very happy with the ease of it putting them on.
