Didn’t even realize you could replace the ear pads until I looked it up. Glad I did. These headsets are over $300 new, so being able to refresh it instead of replacing it is a big win. Fit perfectly on the Voyager Focus UC and look and feel the same as the original pads. Install was easy and they seated without any issues. Comfort is back to how it was when the headset was new. Best part is not dealing with the old pads flaking apart anymore. No more little pieces stuck on the side of my face after a few meetings. A Perfect fit for Poly Voyager Focus 2 headset. As good as new - can't even tell it is a replacement. I have 2 headsets. I bought this for replacing the torn ear Pads on my second headset. I had replaced the first headset ear Pads a couple of years earlier with the same pads and they are holding up pretty well after 2 years of use. I would strongly recommend this to anyone wanting to replace the ear pads on their Poly Voyager Focus 2 Headset.

They are a super easy and perfectly matched replacement for my Plantronics BT600 headset ear pad covers. I've had this headset for years and use it on a daily basis. Over time, the ear pad covers started to disintegrate and leave little black bots on my ears. When removing the old pads, they started to tear apart, but I was careful to remove the entire cover in tact (so nothing would be blocking the new covers from fitting into the groove). As the product video showed, the replacement is simple if you're careful to put the new pad directly in its groove (like replacing a bike tube when the tire is still on). It takes some finagling to get the pad in the groove without stretching it, but it took me less than 2 minutes to remove and replace the pads. I highly recommend!
