We use all natural, high quality, fresh ingredients. Bittermilk No.5 includes: Fresh Lime Juice, Florida Golden Cane Sugar, Charred Grapefruit Peel, Cinchona Bark and Bulls Bay Sea Salt

How long does this product last after opening? Should I refrigerate it?

A quality statement best by date is printed on the back label of each bottle. Once the Bittermilk mixer is opened, it should be refrigerated. It is best when used within about a month of opening.

Does this product contain alcohol?

No. Our cocktail mixers are non-alcoholic. Leaving them without the alcohol allows you to mix cocktails to your preference of strength and spirit, or use it to make a non-alcoholic drink.

How do I use Bittermilk? What products do you recommend to mix this with?

Works well with Light Spirits like Vodka, Gin, White Rum or Silver Tequila, but works well with most spirits. Build equal parts Bittermilk No.5, Vodka or White Rum, and soda water over lots of ice. Garnish with a lime wedge.
