Great Value Pack!
My first thoughts after opening the cubes was "WOW these are light". They are lacking a tiny bit of weight for my liking, but they still feel nice in the hand. I do take care of my things, so I don't expect durability to be an issue and don't really have any input on that. They are easily adjustable which is an added bonus and turn very nice. I read in other reviews of leaking oil and I have not experienced that.I thought the stickers added a nice touch at first but as I went to solve the 3x3 for the first time. I found the stickers to be distracting and makes the cube a little bit more difficult to solved and get used to. The more I solved it, the more it grew on me and adds another dynamic to the puzzle.Overall, I love these cubes I highly recommend this product if you're looking for a variety pack or to switch up the 3x3 experience. The 3x3 is 1000x better than the Hasbro Rubiks cube I have. If you're looking for a good 3x3 cube and don't need the others, try getting the "Speed Ripper" here on Amazon, you won't be disappointed.

Smooth movement. OK for the price.. NO stickers :)
Cubes rotate effortlessly. I dont have other speed cubes to compare them to so I cant say how much better or worse they are. 3x3 seemed kinda small to me, but when I compared to an actual Rubik's cube, I found them to be the same size. Cubes have some give to them (feels like there is some kinda of springy mechanism inside). It also feels like I can take these apart or snap them out of I pulled hard enough, but Im not going to abuse them like that. They seem sturdy enough to take a fall and not fall apart; I just havent tested out how durable they are yet, but seem OK. Pleased with the purchase. They take sweaty hands well and love that there are no stickers that can peel off

Seems good, colors are ugly, colors/texture could be an issue for ASD/SPD
Two things I wanted to mention for anyone with sensory issues (since I know a lot of people with ASD like to buy these), then a regular review follows. The colors are, IMHO, absolutely awful. The red is dark, but it and the blue are a different and more pleasant tonality than the yellow, green, and orange, which are more like dayglow colors and frankly hard to look at. The orange especially is like a florescent traffic cone. I hate it. It literally hurts my eyes. I could not accurately photograph the brightness of the colors with my phone, but they're intense. This might be a benefit in low-light situations. But if I had to only state at the orange, I think it would give me a headache. Even being mixed up, I find it unpleasant. Brightness aside, I think the colors are ugly/clashing. (I do not want to display this cube.)The other potential issue is the texture. They call it "frosted", but I think it's more accurate to say it's just texturized. This is presumably good for speed solving/grip, but if you have any touch sensitivities, you might find it unpleasant. I do have some touch sensitivities (e.g., I absolutely cannot STAND wooden pencils). It's subtle/smooth enough that I don't mind it, but it could be an issue for some. I've included a close-up pic for reference so you can judge for yourself. (I believe this is the same cube that the seller has for <$4, so that might be a cheaper option to find out.)Okay, here's the rest. (I just got this, so I'll update more later if I remember.)Not sure where the person who said it had rubber bands was coming from, as you can hear the springs.Cube is ever so slightly smaller than the Rubik's brand (by about 1mm or so). Before taking it out of the box, I thought it was significantly smaller, but it's not.The operation feels smooth to me so far, but this is my first speed-style cube, so I don't have experience there. Compared to the Rubik's, they are worlds apart, insofar ease. In fact, it will take getting used to.The boxes were a little hard to open, and the pyramid one was actually stuck in the larger box. I had to rip that box open to get it out. I've only opened the 3x3 cube, but that box ripped easily. (Do not think that you can open these to peek at them, then put them back if you are getting them for a gift, or that you could open the boxes undamaged for return.)

Great gift idea
Speed cubes are getting more affordable as the hobby grows. These speed cubes aren't the smoothest, but they're great for anyone getting into the hobby.

Very speedy!
They take some getting used to if you're used to the standard solid color cubes. It's like the colors are a little more subtle and you have to pay attention more maybe? Tons of fun. Very fast sliding. Can get jammed if you're going too hard or get sloppy but so far haven't broken at all and are similar to other speed cubes we've used in this price range. There's lots of 'flex' in the action of that makes sense. The stickers have an interesting texture-almost ribbed or like a brushed metal texture. I'm weird with texture but it is okay for me. Great set-great value!
