I used for about 8 months. I was told that my scar looks really good. Cream protects the scars and prevents overproduction of collagen so scars is not thick. But as to fading I found out that using vitamin c serum and retinol serum on scar boosted color fading even more. Overall I recommend the cream but add something else to the regime to get better results . I added face care products mostly serums with active brightening ingredients or rumb essence in after using sheet face masks
