This is a powerful little pump. I bought it to make a bubbling fountain in a bird bath, and it's perfect for that use. It's easy to clean, and it has good water flow output. The suction cups on the bottom hold well on the bottom of the bird bath. I appreciate that this one has a long cord which works well for my setup.

I bought this pump to fix an outdoor water fountain. I wasn't sure which pump to get, so after a lot of digging and reading, settled on the flow rate of this one. Still wasn't sure how it was going to perform until I installed it. For this reason, I've included a video which hopefully will help someone else. For scale, the pump sits approximately 12" under the sphere on my fountain, and as you can see in the video it gushes into a trickle rather than spraying from the top, which is what I wanted as it's more subtle and quieter. I'm not overly impressed with the cord, how thin it is or that it's not grounded. It's actually rather dangerous that the plug isn't grounded, so please keep that in mind if you have anyone/anything touching the water like pets or children. Otherwise, for your safety, make sure to unplug the power before touching the water. Keep in mind also that this pump doesn't meet any of our electrical standards for this reason. If this is important I'd recommend going with another pump.

Worked for a day and then died. We've had several little pumps like this (they all look identical) for a small backyard fountain and they don't last more than a few years and, at a low price, that's not a problem. However, this one worked for just one day and then gave up the ghost. This one came with a few more nozzle adapters than some but, if it doesn't pump water, what good is that? We removed all the removable parts, made sure it was clean, plugged it in to a known good electrical socket and nothing. Take off all the removable parts and the motor won't spin the paddles. Definitely dead.

This fountain pump works perfectly! It’s powerful enough to keep the water flowing smoothly, yet it runs very quietly. Installation was easy, and it’s adjustable, so I can control the water flow. Ideal for my small indoor fountain, and it really brings it to life. Highly recommend if you need a dependable and quiet fountain pump!
