This has honestly been a lifesaver for keeping litter from getting tracked everywhere. I definitely recommend buying a mat that is larger than your actual litter box so there’s plenty of room to catch the litter as your cat steps out. Ours catches almost all of it! When it’s time to clean, I can easily pick the mat up and dump the collected litter straight into the trash. Simple, effective, and makes the area around the litter box so much easier to keep clean.

Absolutely works. One week in and I love this product so much I am back to buy another one. I estimate it has cut down about 90% of the litter these 2 cats track around the house. I hate (HATE!) that litter all over the place!! I kept a broom in the room and I always swept up before I approached the litter area but it still wasn't good enough to keep me from stepping in the litter in front of their box, and of course it did nothing for the litter already tracked around the house. I bought the 24 x30" mat; it's why I chose this brand over others with similar ratings, because this size was available. It extends past the opening of the cat box on both sides, and long enough to catch nearly all the litter off their feet. I'm buying a 2nd one to put in front of this one in hopes of picking up that last little bit still on their tiny precious paws after they walk across the 1st one... again, I pretty much hate (yes, HATE!) having litter all over the place. Its annoying to have to constantly try and sweep and vacuum up! I just do not have time for that and it doesn't work well anyway... it seems resistant to moving once it is on a rung or on the couch/chair/etc. PREVENTION IS THE KEY!! And yes, it's easy to pour the trapped litter collected in the mat back into the box ...or into the trash, I suppose, if that's what you want to do. Mine did have crease marks in it on arrival, as it was folded into a plastic bag. It's very hot & sunny outside now so I opened the package, put the mat outside on the porch in the sun all day and that night, it was flat and there was no problem: it laid flat on the floor inside. The cats didn't seem to care that they have to walk over it, they were not bothered by it at all. That was my fear, that they would not walk over it or they would pee on it, but no. And I don't care how it looks (but... it's not ugly imho.) I care about not having litter all over the house. This mat looks SO. MUCH. BETTER. that that, so I am good. If you have any doubts, I would say, give it a try. For less than $20, it's a really great solution.

helps keep some of the litter off

I purchased this over 5 years ago and it is STILL holding up well. Captures scattered kitty litter particles and is easily funneled back into the litter box. Washes and dries quickly. Purchased on sale and is a good value at this price point.

The quality of the mat is ok but the size on both the length and width is about an inch shorter than advertised. I'm making it work but would prefer a bigger mat.

easy to clean

Doing the job very well, I’ll spare you the picture of another litter box and mat. The litter falls into the moulded hexagonal pits and clean my kitten’s paws.

It does what it says, it's a good litter mat. I got the large size -- which was worth it, because the more of the floor the mat covers, the less often you'll actually need to sweep. Very hard to clean because of the hexagonal mesh on top, though. My cat managed to mash a turd into it and I decided it was better to replace it for $25 rather than try to get all of it out of the mat. Not waterproof, though -- when I lifted it up, there was a urine spot that had soaked through to the ground, and it was soaked enough that when I set the mat down for a few minutes to clean, there was already another wet spot underneath.

Au déballage, j'ai mis quelque chose de lourd sur le tapis. Ça pris quelques jours pour ne pas voir de pli. Légère courbe au milieu. Assez grand

What a great way to reduce litter from being spread all over the house by our "little darling" Persian cross! Now all we do is shake off the litter from the mat and then pour off the excess in the mat back into the litter tray -- easy as!!😁😸😁😸HIGHLY RECOMMENDED by my wife and I and our "little darling" messy little baby!!

I wish it was bigger. But it does get bits of litter in the little holes 🕳️

The mat seems to catch litter, but it was delivered in a box all folded up and so it has huge creases in it. The box actually also contained a little info sheet that said to use a hair dryer or heavy weight to remove the creases. I did both, and the creases persist.
