I cannot say - The lenses are specified as “Lens width: 2.75 inches” which I would say is accurate. Checking the product description by the seller gives dimensions as: Glass width: 70 mm. Bridge width: 14 mm. Glasses width: 140 mm.

will these mist / fog up while wearing a full face crash helmet

Probably, I wear a open face helmet and if it’s cold and I have my scarf up and visor down and we stop in traffic it will steam up. However popping the visor up usually helps, otherwise fairy liquid can help.

Is the nose pad adjustable?

No, are a good pair of sunglasses. I found them a lil small but i have a large head. I would buy again or different styles to fit my fat head. I use on building site. Great when smashing concrete. It shards hit lens no scratches. Happy to recommend.

really important are these totally Anti fogging/misting

They are better than normal sunglasses and I’ve found them very good but not 100% anti fog.
