I bought this clock to substitute my old Bucherer anniversary clock, which recently began to stop unexpectedly. Since there is no living watchmaker in my town and I suspect in the whole country, who can fix it, I decided to buy a new one. Today all such clocks are equipped with a cheap Chinese quartz mechanism and the pendulum is no longer a part of it - it is a fake pendulum that is driven by its own motor. And Bulova is no exception. But the clock looks quite authentic and keeps time very good.

This is much more beautiful and better quality than my Elgin clock. The pendulum has a much smoother movement. The over all construction of the clock seems more substantial. I expected that it would have a chime to announce the hour like my Elgin. I assumed that all anniversary clocks did. However I was very impressed by how elegant it looks. Gifted this clock to a family friend that was also very impressed and proudly displays it in a prominent location.

Have bought more than once for a wedding gift. The? Couples have always adored it.

I guess when I read Polished Brass Finish, I thought the clock was metal. I'm not super surprised that it is plastic, considering it was made in China. It fits where I want it on the mantle and is easy to read. Would I order it again, No.

I bought this to sit on my piano. It’s a beautiful little clock. Keeps good time. Came with good packaging and nothing broken.

I bought this clock as a gift for my brother's 50th wedding anniversary. I remember seeing a clock like this in my grandparent's living room and always thought it was a very elegant clock. My brother and sister-in-law really enjoyed receiving this clock.

Was a replacement for a cheapo one. Works good and was easy to set up.

It seems basic to put together I would have appreciated “photos” of putting it together instead of just written. The pendulum is loose and there is a “grinding” sound coming from the clock. have to return because of the grinding noise and loose pendulum.

The item arrived very promptly, and looked nicer in real life than the photos. It was in perfect condition, and works perfectly. It’s a beautiful mantel piece!!

Arrived very quickly, very safely packaged. It was easy to assemble, no need for tools. The revolving mechanism needs its own batteries as does the clock mechanism. The clock face is golden, making it a little more difficult to read immediately than black hands on a white face. But it does look that bit more luxurious!
