I loved this product! Exactly like the picture!

It’s beautiful. But flimsy.

Poorly made, all pieces are NOT iron/heavy metal, but some sort of tin I guess. Came bent, not sturdy at all. Definitely not worth the price. I returned it. I was very disappointed.

Mine came without any instructions but it’s not difficult to put together. That was until l got to the finials. These are so poorly made and the screws were off center. Also there were some metal drips on the base of the finials which made it impossible to screw them all the way in. Add to that the fact that the screws were off center and they looked really odd. The only thing Amazon could do was offer me a replacement. I am 70 and didn’t really want to lug that thing through Kohls so l am just going to buy a set of replacement finials. Really bad workmanship. Edit- l purchase some really cute curtain rod finials and used them instead. What a difference! They sit flush and right in the middle and give the rack that Victorian look while looking classy. So if you have trouble with the finials $20 will get you a nice ornate replacement pair that fit.

This is a good garment rack, what would make this great would be the flat shelf on top could be thicker metal so it would be more sturdy and the right and left finials don't sit flush when screwed in

This looks cheap and no one who I’ve shown without prompting found this appealing to the eye. The decorated bulbs has ridges that should be rounded off. We ended up cutting them off to modify the look. Not recommended if you’re looking for a nice closet space. 😒

The 1st was warped and it was quickly replaced. I love it, def brings an antique/Victorian look to room w/o closet space
