Derma E Itch Relief Lotion For Dry, Irritated Skin, Fast Acting, 8 Fl Oz

I really like this lotion. This is my 3rd big bottle of it. Non- greasy. Goes on the skin well. Absorbs quickly. Good thick consistency. Good value for the money. Nice scent. Really helps the itch. I had a foot that was in a boot and really itched. I applied this at night and the itching got better over night and allowed me to sleep.

Excellent relief. I also bought the Derma E with collagen for my 89 year old dad. His skin is becoming softer and less prone to scratching and breaking.

I have tried everything for my dry itchy winter skin and this is the only thing that actually works! Love the consistency. Does smell like tea tree - which i love.

I purchased this lotion, because I have fibromyalgia and part of my symptoms are itchy skin and a itchy facial rash each morning. I have extremely sensitive skin and also practice a vegan/cruelty free lifestyle so I was looking for something natural and not tested on animals. First I will say that I was disappointed when the pump didn't work and I have to unscrew it to get the lotion out, but I understand that could be a random fluke. Second people with itchy skin generally have sensitive skin, I know at least I do, I have multiple sensitivities and not just my skin. So the lotion smell and such was a bit over powering. Luckily I am not allergic to or overly sensitive to tea tree oil. I knew the product contained it, I just didn't realize it would be quite that potent. As far as the lotion properties itself, it worked fine for putting on my face. It is a rather thick lotion so I avoid my forehead and nose unless I am home for the day, because otherwise they become greasy. I stick with my cheeks and chin, that's where I breakout and itch anyway. It is a nice and refreshing lotion and if I am not too itchy when I apply it, it does help a great deal and I do like it. If I am already too itchy, like I said, it is refreshing, but it is nothing like a medicated cream. So for minor itching, itch prevention, and dry/mildly itchy skin it's great I'd say.

I contribute my better skin health 100% to this product.

I found that it worked better for me than Benadryl topical spray when I had been zapped multiple times by no-see-ums (aka midges). It shut down the itching immediately, though like other solutions it comes back some time later. With Benadryl, it was 10 to 30 minutes. With Derma E it was a few hours of relief. It's also a decent moisturizer. Sold. I realize that the smell of tea tree oil is not for everyone. But the product contains (and states on the packaging) tea tree oil, which has many beneficial properties. If it didn't smell like tea tree oil, I'd have been disappointed.

I had a severe case of hives, rashes and itching for nearly 4 years as a result of having "Leaky Gut Syndrome" which caused my immune system to go ballistic at nearly everything I ate. The itching was incredibly miserable and I suffered almost 24/7. Stepping out of the shower made me feel like I had thousands of red ants biting me. I tried a variety of over-the counter anti-itch products in addition to prescriptions from my doctor and none were as effective as this. There were times where I needed IMMEDIATE relief...and this stuff did the trick. It's effect is nearly instantaneous producing a soothing, "Mentholatum" type of relief. In the course of a year and a half, I probably went through at least 30 bottles of this stuff. But it was well worth it, as it saved my sanity. For some reason however, it doesn't work as well on the face as it produces a burning sensation most likely due to the face's thin layer of skin. Amazon has the best price (Whole Foods sells it for over $12 a bottle). UPDATE: They've changed the bottle it once came in which has resulted in defective spout dispensers in nearly 50% percent of the bottles I get (I'm on the Subscribe and Save program and receive 3 per month). Please reconsider going back to the old bottle.

I’ve been using this for over 7 years. Best non prescription anti-itch lotion I have found. No restrictions on how often you can use it. This has saved my sanity between prescription lotion times. All natural ingredients. I have this on hand always.

This does work I suffer from eczema and extremely dry skin and I scratch like mad. Applying this calms it down and it helps the healing process. Would recommend this and will be buying more.

May be a little expensive but it's cooling and does what it's says.

Bought for my daughters Pug suffering from dry skin with an itch, seems to be working ok so very pleased for now, hoping it continues
