How long are thease toe nail clippers in length

They have quite long handles, about4 or 5 inches and quite small cutters. They are quite sharp and do a good job on toe nails.

Will these cut extremely thick toe nails.

Yes. They are very strong and sharp. May I kindly suggest soaking your feet in warm water for a while to help soften nails before cutting them. I go to podiatrist about once a year for an overall check of my feet and nails and this helps too.

Will these cut a extremely thick toenail thats raised up from the nail bed

Yes they will cut through stubborn thick nails....but you will likely need someone to do it for you....I struggle for grip strength with arthritis but a family member can do it quite easy.
