This drink really works!! I am 9 months pregnant and have been having trouble sleeping. This helped me have a much deeper and better quality sleep. It has also helped our toddler that wont stay sleeping all night. Good nights rest!!!

I used 1/3 of dose. I woke up to really bad foot cramps . Bilateral. I was awake a couple hours in pain. I have never experienced this before. I am afraid to take it again as in. I have heart problems.

This smelled and tasted horrible and seemed almost fermented. The seal on the bottle was intact before I opened it, but the manufacture date was April 2019, which seems a little old. I have used many products from this company, even coconut flavored vitamins from them before and they were fine.

I did not sleep well after taking this. I followed directions and really gave it a try. Not for me.

Love it! It really does make you feel relaxed and i do feel more well rested when i take it before bed.

Great product - do not care for the flavor.

Did not help me sleep any better.
