How easy was it to remove and replace the doors. The manual makes it look a simple process but how is it in reality

Very easy, there is a plastic cover on the top that you need to remove, then 3 electrical connectors that just unplug. Don't forget to remove the water connection "pushfit" from the rear. There are 2 metal hinges that you remove as well then the doors just lift up. They are heavy as so make sure you put them somewhere they can't fall.

How long is the water pipe to connect to the water supply?

The water pipe supplied is 5 metres long

when you knock can you see through it clearly.

It is easy to see the items close to the glass and it is possible to see further back on the shelves
