Vitamins.
These prenatal vitamins didnโt make me sick. A lot of other prenatals did previously.

It makes you gag but..
I had been taking another brand of prenatal vitamin that I really liked, but I hated taking multiple pills a day and it lacked choline. This vitamin has choline and a really good mix of other vitamins and minerals. It also recommends just one pill a day, which is great BUT the pill is huge, dry, and chalky. It always triggers my gag reflex no matter how much water I drink before or after. Iโve tried taking it with food, but it tastes so awful I canโt swallow it. SO the answer to this problem is to break it into 2-3 pieces, hold your nose and chuck it back with lots of water and ideally your favorite gummy candy right afterward to kill the vitamin taste. Donโt get me wrong, I eat unusual foods, I love green juices, I eschew added sugars. But this is a tough taste to get out of your mouth.

Amazing, hope they come back in stock
I love these prenatals. They're the only ones I've been able to find that have all the vitamins I need, doesn't use "folic acid" AND they don't make me sick... Please bring them back I'm out and using ones that make me sick :(

Best prenatal on the market
I take it on an empty stomach with no issues. The taste is a bit off putting but itโs a good product

DIETITIAN APPROVED!
As a dietitian I did A LOT of research behind which prenatal I wanted to take for my pregnancy and this is the one I landed with. Yes the pills are large but I'm glad I only have to take one instead of two (like other prenatals). Also it's affordable with all the essential nutrients needed for a healthy pregnancy. (Could use more choline IMO) I've tasted and smelt other prenatals that literally had me gagging, this one does not do that at all. When taken with water there is a slight vanilla aftertaste, which was a pleasant surprise after the fishy foul aftertaste from my other prenatals. The aftertaste can be masked with orange or any citrus juice, which also helps enhance the absorption of iron (which is at 100% of Daily Value and ideal since pregnancy is a risk factor for iron deficiency anemia) Always check with your doctor to make sure you don't overload on iron which can be toxic (but rare!). Honest Prenatals are now the supplements I recommend to my clients.

Good but probably won't buy again
I researched & compared this with several prenatals, and here are the reasons I chose it over the others: - Has all the nutrients I was looking for - Contains folate (natural) instead of folic acid (synthetic) - It's a clean, high-quality prenatal - On the cheaper end for clean prenatals - Only need to take one pill a day These are the reasons why I wouldn't purchase it again: - The pills are larger than I would like and are hard for me to swallow. The feeling of it going down my throat makes me nauseous. - Contains both iron and calcium (an oversight on my research and realized after purchase). Calcium can inhibit iron absorption. All in all, I'm happy with this purchase. My body has reacted well to it. I love the quality and price point, and I'll use up the rest until the bottle is finished. Unfortunately won't re-purchase due to the two cons I mentioned.

Happy with my purchase
I'm glad I did not listen to most of these reviews. At first I was nervous because a lot of people said they're hard to swallow, they smell bad, and taste horrible. I personally have to disagree. Even though they're horse pills, surprisingly they're easy to swallow. Coming from someone who has always been scared to take pills. Not sure how others drink pills but I take a sip of water or juice and move the pill all the way towards the back of my throat before trying to swallow it and it doesn't hurt. The smell is not that bad, I've smelled way worse supplements. The taste is very mild. I taste the hint of vanilla when I take with water, but i usually drink with citrus juice. I take it at night because it does make me slightly nauseous but I've never thrown up from it so it's bearable. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase and happy with the ingredients.

Has Folate (L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate) for Folic.
I've been taking this prenatal not just throughout my pregnancy back in 2023 BUT also currently throughout my breastfeeding journey, 2 years later. It's honestly THE best prenatal. With actually Clean ingredients and has Folate (L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate) for Folic. I suspected I carry the MTHFR gene as ALL my nieces and nephew (10 children in total), are all autistic from level 1, 2 & 3. I read a study done in Japan explaining how they found a connection between the MTHFR gene & Autism, a few years ago. Anyways, my toddler is the FIRST non autistic child born in my family. Could be a huge coincidence but that's the only difference between my siblings & I, which was my choice in prenatal. Reassuring myself to get a prenatal with Folate (L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate) for Folic. Hope this information helps someone. Side note: I'm not saying this prenatal will prevent ASD. All I did was excessive research & came across that study done in Japan. Other additional things I did was, make sure to eat clean & exercise. I took great care of myself. After birth, I strictly breastfeed & made my baby all home-cooked meals. I didn't feel comfortable buying any pre-made baby food as there's constantly some toxic or heavy metal lawsuit.. and lastly, I did no screen time. I believe all these things contributed but I'll honestly never truly know. My toddler is currently 2 years + 4 months, and is fluent in 2 languages.
