Marchul Cat Bowls, Pet Food Bowls, Tilted Cat Bowl for Indoor Cats, Dog Food and Water Bowl Set

I bought 2 of these, and although I have only had them a day and I know that is not enough time to be fully acquainted with all of the potential pros and cons, I have to say that my initial reaction is to be very pleased. They are made of a lightweight plastic, which understandably some people would find "cheap," but it works really well for my purposes. They are very light bowls to handle, they are easy to clean (even dishwasher safe, I believe), and they are durable and functional without being expensive. (Drop a couple of your pet's nice ceramic bowls and you will know exactly what I mean. 😔) These also look nice - perhaps not exactly fashionable, but cute, and would fit in with most any décor (if your kitchen or your finicky cat has a décor). What I particularly love, though, is that these are so functional. The food bowl lifts right out so you can wash it by itself or fill it with no trouble. Ditto with the water bottle. The stand part is also very easy to rinse off in the sink, and like I said, not at all heavy or bulky. After having tried several different types of water fountains with motors and complicated assembly, I really just love the ease and simplicity of the whole thing, but the water portion especially. The cat gets a fresh, clean supply of water all the time, it makes a satisfying gurgling sound for those that like to play with their water, and the bowl is small enough that it is simple to rinse out without being a big chore every time the cat drops excess food and hair (which is always). The dropping of food, though, is the one drawback I will mention. The food bowl and water well are so close together that it is inevitable little food pellets will wind up floating in the water. My one cat, especially, is a messy eater who takes mouthfuls of food and then drops them everywhere. I quickly fashioned a little cardboard barrier to go between the 2 bowls on her stand to help combat this (see photos). I wish the manufacturer would make an attachment like this, just a little wall between the bowls that would be easily removed for washing just like the food bowl is. Then this would be about perfect!

Love it my kitten loves it

I thought this was really cute and would work great for my cat as I am gone most of the day and she tends to drink a good amount of water. However, after the first day of using it, I realized the water bottle didn't actually continuously fill the bowl when it got empty, I had to lift up the water bottle every time to allow the water to come out. It may be a user error, but I was never able to get it to fill the bowl by itself after having it for a year. Although it was annoying, I kept using the set because it was cute and the food bowl held a good amount of food so I didn't mind lifting the bottle each time I checked the bowls.

The design of the product is cute and was initially what won me over, however, it’s really small. In fact, it’s absolutely perfect for a kitten, but it’s not so great for a grown adult cat (most notably the water bowl). Portion size for the food bowl is spot on, though, and is what my cat really enjoys eating from due to how it tilts at just the right angle and remains in place. It’s not made to be the sturdiest, however. Pretty cheap plastic, so I mean you get what you pay for... I had a time keeping the water bottle in place, but ended up just doing away with it completely and using a separate bowl for the water instead. It’s just too small and agitates my cat’s whiskers when he tries to drink from it. Needs to be a bit wider and a bit further from the food bowl. We now use the water part for any small wet food portions, though, so it worked out in the end. It’s a temporary product as we just moved into a new house and our furry family member needed something for his food, so it’ll do for the time being. It’s still cute! So, if you’ve got a kitten and looking for a good bowl with a cute, modern looking design, and you are on a budget? This one won’t be too bad. Just keep it cleaned, change the water often, and you’re good. However, if you’re looking for something a bit more sturdier and more fitting for an adult cat that will last a few years, then you’ll likely need to spend a few extra bucks for another item.

This is a cute feeding set, and I'd hoped the water bottle would prevent spilling. Bottle worked well for one of my cats, but the other one spilled the food and pawed in the water tray, bumping the bottle to make air bubbles appear. He loves the bubbles. This set was not sturdy enough to stand up to his efforts. Is good for a more placid cat, but not so good for an enthusiastic one.

I love the fact that it looks nice on the cat shelf I bought to keep my cat up away from the dogs while she eats her food. Since the bowl is tilted, it is easier on her to eat out of. It was super easy to assemble. It's made of plastic making it super quick and easy to clean.

I have mixed feelings about this cat dish. It was very cute, and looked great in the room. However, my cat kept knocking his food into the water and making his water gross. I had to change the water all the time. I took card board and taped it on the dish to make a barrier, so that the cat could not dump his food in the water. Well... he didn't like that, and just started dumping the whole thing over. We ended up purchasing a different set of dishes that did not have the food & water attached. Yes, the food dish is removable, but my cat kept knocking it over because it doesn't sit flat on the ground if you take it out.

J'en ai acheté un pour mon chat, j'ai pu le tester pendant un peu plus d'un mois. Je dois dire que ma première réaction est d'être très satisfait. La gamelle est en plastique léger, que certaines personnes trouveraient naturellement « bon marché », mais cela fonctionne très bien pour mes besoins. Ce sont des bols très légers à manipuler, ils sont faciles à nettoyer (même au lave-vaisselle, je crois) et ils sont durables et fonctionnels sans être chers. Ceux-ci sont également jolis - peut-être pas vraiment à la mode, mais mignons, et s'intégreraient à la plupart des décors (si votre cuisine ou votre chat capricieux a un décor). Ce que j’aime particulièrement, c’est qu’ils soient fonctionnels. Le bol de nourriture se soulève pour que vous puissiez le laver tout seul ou le remplir sans problème. Idem avec la bouteille d’eau. La partie support est également très facile à rincer dans l'évier et, comme je l'ai dit, pas du tout lourde ni encombrante. Après avoir essayé plusieurs types de fontaines à eau avec moteurs et montage compliqué, j'aime vraiment la facilité et la simplicité de l'ensemble, mais surtout la partie eau. Le chat reçoit tout le temps un approvisionnement en eau fraîche et propre et le bol est suffisamment petit pour qu'il soit simple à rincer sans être une grosse corvée à chaque fois. La perte de nourriture, cependant, est le seul inconvénient que je mentionnerai. Le bol de nourriture et le puits d'eau sont si proches l'un de l'autre qu'il est inévitable que de petites boulettes de nourriture finissent par flotter dans l'eau. Mon seul chat, en particulier, est un mangeur désordonné qui prend des bouchées de nourriture et les laisse ensuite tomber partout. Idem pour l'eau, le bol est petit et près du sol, donc il est possible que votre chat fasse éclabousser de l'eau et que quelques gouttes tombent hors du bol.

She knows when I refresh her water now as she hears the *glug glug glug* noise it makes while refilling I empty the water and give the whole thing a good wipe over every time she has water refilled Perfect for a daily feed or drink if I had to go out and I like the angled bowl too Good for the price

This product certainly works for smaller cats, but not for mine, she moves it around way to easily and spills the water all the time. Had to go back to my old water dispenser.
