Good quality oil and it has caused no problems in a 2020 WRX

The only fluid I will put in my 05 STI. I had a lot of transmission noise with the previous fluid, not the cool whine from nearly straight cut gears, a mesh sound but the old fluid looked great so I know it was fresh. I tried Royal Purple and had a slight improvement but not good enough. This fluid completely changed the feel of the transmission, super smooth, super quiet, very, very nice. If you have a Subaru with a 6MT look no further.

Best oil ever

Used on a 2024 WRX. I changed out from the factory gear oil at about 2k miles. It was already pretty dark and had metal shavings in it. The Motul makes a noticeable difference in shifting. It's a lot smoother now, especially when cold. The drain bolt for the transmission is a bit difficult to get to but you can manage if you have jacks and stands. The rear pumpkin is not too difficult to reach. Trans oil amount is tricky to determine. Mine took a little over 3 quarts to reach the F line. Others have reported 2.8 quarts. The trick is to add about 2.5 quarts and then keep adding and checking the dip stick until you get to the F line. Make sure you are on a level surface. The rear, just keep adding oil until it overflows from the add port. Overall, it's not a bad job if you take your time.

Worked great in my 23 WRX! 1 in the bum and 3 in the front with an extra bottle to spare. I don't care what anyone says. You can definitely feel the difference in the gear box

I love this stuff and it’s my go to in my go to in my Audi B5 S4 6MT. The quality seems great, I haven’t no issues with shifting or noise in the differentials. I use this in the transmission/center differential and the rear differential. The bottles are great as well. I use redline in another car and shifting is rough when cold. I don’t see that with this oil in the Audi. I’ll probably switch the other car over to this stuff. I’ll keep purchasing this stuff! Pricey but so worth it

Honestly there's really not much else to say that hasn't already been said, so I'm just going to leave my favorite baked brussel sprouts recipe that uses Motul Gear 300. This serves four people. 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved 1 tablespoon olive oil salt and ground black pepper to taste 3 tablespoons butter 3 tablespoons Motul 300 (DO NOT USE LS) Combine Brussels sprouts, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl; mix until evenly coated. Spread sprouts onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven at 400F until edges are starting to wilt, about 20 minutes. Transfer sprouts to a bowl. Heat butter and Motul 300 in a saucepan over low heat until melted and smooth, 2 to 3 minutes. Pour mixture over sprouts and stir until coated.

I can feel the difference as the transmission runs and shifts smoothly. I will definitely use Motul again!

Can’t go wrong with Motul products. Only oil I will put in my Subaru. Note that this is the non synthetic version. I missed that when I ordered this but it wasn’t a big deal for me

This kit worked out to be a lot cheaper than buying them individually. Motul is my go-to for any oil in my Subaru so this was a great buy for me!
