How long is the Warranty ?

Hi I believe it was 12 months as per the norm. Should check it on their own webby though just to make sure. I sent mine back as the heat radius without any wind was narrow and replaced it with one of the bar type, same wattage juts more heat coverage.

Does this product have varying heat levels, or is it all or nothing?

It has two heater rings, you can use one of them or both, which allows you two settings. The heat is good that radiates from it, I have found no problems with this product so far.

Does this heater have a built in timer and where is it manufactured please?

Hello, there is no built-in timer, you can turn it on or off at any time, it is produced in China, and the quality is very reliable
