No regrets!
I read a lot of reviews from a lot of folding treadmills before cautiously ordering this one because it was the smallest and lightest, and after using it almost daily for about 2 months I have no regrets. It is still working well with no belt issues (knock on wood), and no annoying noise. It’s easy to fold up and rest standing up on its side so it’s completely out of the way of my desk chair. It is too heavy to take from room to room though, if that matters to you. I wish the back piece that covers the plug were easier to open, but I just keep it plugged in the back to avoid struggling with it all the time. I also have no idea how you are supposed to attach the little loop to the remote, which isn’t mentioned in the instruction manual. Considering these only minor complaints, I definitely give this 5 stars!

Great for the Price
I purchased this in November 2020 and it's still going strong up to now. Usage: 5-20 miles/day Speed: 2.50 - 3.50 This fits under my standing desk and I basically use it as a walkstation while I work. It's not perfect, and I've definitely had some little kinks to work out, but for the price this is the best possible option that I've seen. Three things that I have to stay on top of to ensure that it works well: keep it clean, lubed, and the belt properly adjusted. Although these are normal for any treadmill, this one is particularly finicky and requires these things much more frequently. It will make squealing or groaning noises, the belt will slip or fray, and sometimes there might be a smell. So... Pros: - Price is super affordable for what you get - Size is compact and easy to maneuver (it even fits under my sofa) - Simple setup and use - Works well for walking/speed walking Cons: - Probably not a good option for jogging/running - The belt takes frequent adjusting and lubing - I've noticed an issue with static, even with a treadmill mat - Sometimes there are noises that no adjustment or lubing will make go away until it just does - The treadmill surface gets HOT - which might explain why the belt needs frequent adjustments - It's not easy to clean the areas that should really get cleaned - The Walking Pad app is basically useless (unless something happens to your remote) Overall, I'd recommend.

Folding treadmill ROCKS and easy to setup/store! Makes work from home life better!
I like it, it checks all my boxes. I wanted: - Small, easy to move desk treadmill that could fold up and fit under my desk, and was easy enough to do that multiple times a day because I want to sit sometimes too. - Be able to walk between 1-2mph and it can go between .5-3.75mph (which to me is way too fast to walk and still be able to type properly). - Quiet enough that I could take work calls on it with a headset and no one could hear it. It does all of those things! Easy to use, easy to move! Shipped ridiculously fast and got here well before the estimated delivery date. I'm a little over 100 lbs and was able to pop it out of the box and set it up by myself without any issues, there was no assembly required, just slide out of box, pop in power cable, flip the switch to on. I fold it up and lay it upright multiple times a day so I can sit at my desk as well as stand or stand/walk and it's pretty light and the wheels on it help. The belt is easy to adjust and ensure that it's in the middle, I do adjust it pretty often but it only takes a few seconds to do. I've had it for a couple of weeks now and I love it! It's helped me a lot with getting my steps in for the day, easy to get > 10K / day, though I do have to put my FitBit in my pocket to count steps, since I am usually typing using the desk treadmill at my remote job. It seems very sturdy and I use it everyday and expect it to last for years! I did not need to go through the app tutorial, nor do I use the phone app at all. I only use the manual mode where you choose the speed with the remote, the automatic mode is useless to me because the desk blocks me from getting closer/further from the middle of the treadmill. Automatic may be more useful if you are not using this with a standing desk and want to vary the speed, but I have no use for this. Slightly annoying cons: - They do NOT include the CR2032 button battery for the remote, which is required to get the treadmill running. So you need to get your own or you can't use this treadmill at all. Would it have cost that much $ to just ship a battery with the remote??? - The belt does make noise every time you step on the middle (where the treadmill folds), and it's nearly impossible to avoid stepping on the middle when walking unless you like walking on the edge/almost falling off of it. It is not super loud, but on conference calls if you are on speaker phone or Jabra Puck.. people can hear it, but if you use a headset it is not so loud that it can be heard that way. - If you're over 220 lbs the treadmill doesn't support that weight, if they could make it sturdier for up to 250-300 lbs or so that would be nice to allow more people to use this treadmill. I know a lot of people who want this and our work pays for this, but the max user weight limit is too low. Tl;dr; If you want a small treadmill that goes under a standing desk, folds in half and is easy to store so you can also sit, are under 220 lbs, and want to go between .5-3.75 mph, and don't mind using a headset during conference calls... this thing rocks!

Good investment
Being a person that doesn’t go to the gym much and hates the heat (Texas heat) this has been a great investment. I have carpet in my home and it works great on manual mode. Automatic mode not so much on my carpet but I don’t think I’ll need that mode. The battery did not come with the remote but luckily I had an extra one from an old car key fob. I was worried about my balance being that there isn’t a bar to hold onto but the pad is so close to the ground and not too high it felt natural and is easy for me to keep balance. I’ve been able to binge watch my shows on Netflix after work while walking and hitting my 10,000 steps. The only downfall I noticed is that there isn’t a pause button to save your data on the display. While I was walking I had to get off to open the front door but there wasn’t a pause button so I had to press stop and when I got back on the data on the machine started over. Fortunately, if you link the app to the walking pad it saves all your progress for the day and you can continue monitoring your time and steps there. It has some safety feature where if you don’t go through the tutorial on the app you’re limited on what speed you can go up to. If you go through the steps it’ll unlock it to go faster. I got a good run out of it and worked up a sweat and fast heart rate when I was testing how fast it went but then again this might be a different experience for someone who works out more than me. It does not incline uphill like the gym treadmills. The product comes in the box already assembled folded in half. When you take it out of the box just pop it open. I would recommend for someone like me who is starting over in trying to get back in shape or someone who needs to keep moving in between more strenuous workouts. Lastly for those with children the app has a child lock feature but I haven’t tested it out yet because I don’t have little ones so I’m not sure what it does but it’s good to know they thought of this. Overall I’m loving this walking pad and I’m glad to have invested in one.

Great in theory, execution and quality are iffy
Update 10/20/2022: I wish I could give less than 1 star. I actually am not sure it's safe to use anymore. The walking belt itself generates a MASSIVE static charge on its' own, enough that it HURTS when I reach down to turn the machine off or unplug it. The static even jumped from the machine, through me, into my nearby PC and triggered a power failure in it. If I am using it sometimes the static will shock me when I'm attempting to type on my work laptop, again enough to hurt, not just be annoying. It looks like they updated the look of the machine (according to the images I see) but unless they overhauled it, I suspect this is still an issue. I don't feel safe on it anymore and can't imagine ever buying something from this company again. Update: I've had it for longer now, and basically all my complaints are still accurate, although I haven't had to return it for repairs for a third time yet. However, it's actually louder than most modern full-size treadmills, and has other annoying noises it's started to make (plastic parts creaking every 4 steps, etc.). Honestly don't imagine I would ever buy another product from the company again - maybe if you use it lightly and get lucky it'll be fine, but I'm going to have to find something else before much longer. I HAVE to wear noise reduction headphones while on it which is nonsense. I moved in August last year and needed to get something to make up for the fact that I couldn't get in as much outdoor walking as I used to, and this seemed like the best overall option for me - I need something that can work with my existing standing desk, which it does. When it works it is fine - I'm not sure I believe people saying they didn't have to adjust their TV volume or that people on calls couldn't hear it, because it is absolutely loud enough to both be heard on calls (as I can confirm) and to require adjusting volume unless you already had it louder than you needed to. It's not super loud, but it's loud enough where I prefer to use my over-ear headphones instead of speakers to help cut the noise some. I actually thought mine was defective because the "main" sound of the motor is indeed quite quiet, but there's a secondary sound that I think is... a fan? Cooling? That kicks on after a minute or two that is louder and never turns off while the treadmill is operating, but the company confirmed that's normal. It's lousy that it's so much noisier than the motor itself though, and feels a bit like false advertising about how quiet the treadmill is. I think I recorded it around ~48 decibels. The main problem is, as of this writing I've owned the Walkingpad for 7 months, and I've had it able to be used for about 5 of those months. I had to send it in shortly after I got it because that secondary noise got worse and they needed to repair it. It was free, but it took a LONG time, and obviously the hassle of reboxing it and taking it to the post office was not fun by myself. Now, 4 months after that repair, there's a new, much worse sound, it sounds like the motor is damaged somehow, so I am in the process of sending it in for repairs AGAIN but it's been 2 weeks so far and I still don't have a label even, which means I'm looking at probably another month before I might have a working one back in my home. Having a functional treadmill for only 2/3 of the time I've actually owned it, in addition to the difficulties of sending it in for repair (and contacting the company, having to store the box, etc.) is honestly not worth it. If I could get a full refund I would probably try a different brand, but that ship has sailed, and I am stuck with this. Some people might have better luck but I strongly urge you to consider the hassle you are willing to put up with if it doesn't work. I use it 2-3 times a day every day and it's important to my health and not having it for weeks at a time was old the first time I had to send it in.

treadmill blocks functionality if you don't give the terrible app access to personal diary
the treadmill only goes 1.9mph unless you unlock faster settings via a "walkthrough" of their app. okay so lets download this "KS Fit" app. only 1.5/5 stars on app store wow! download app, sign-in with apple email hidden -- nope app still requires an email input with verification and separate password (defeating the whole point of the apple sign in). okay fine, link junk email with app. let's get to this dumb walkthrough so i never have to use this app again. oh the app can't find the treadmill. give access to bluetooth (fine). still can't find treadmill. app "needs" exact GPS access to "find" the treadmill. absolutely no and unacceptable. packaging the treadmill back up and sending back. feedback for manufacturer: 1) don't hide treadmill functionality behind the app. if it's for legal liability reasons, include the walkthrough within the manual. i'm sure we can put big boy pants on and accept 3mph risk. 2) your app is a smoldering pile of garbage. get rid of all the permission requirements and just let us sign-in with apple ID and move on with our lives. feedback of actual treadmill: - seems like a sturdy build but the fold ability creates a crease you can feel as you walk - sleek design overall, no belt catching - remote works well and is quite responsive - automatic mode is... interesting. i noticed a difference but not sure how to describe it. would have to use it more to really review overall: if you don't care about privacy and are cool with a 1.5 star china-based app/company having access to everything on your phone then this is a great buy. if you just want a dumb treadmill that let's you walk at your desk look elsewhere.

Great Product, Horrible Support
the product is solid. It looks good, is designed well, and seems to work well. But, support is awful. I have been unable to activate the Android App allowing remote control, record keeping, etc. Chat on the website does not appear to be staffed at all. Support, with no response after multiple reach outs, does not appear to be staffed at all. Beware....

Awesome Walking Pad
I've had this for less than a month....but, it is fantastic! Here are some of my initial thoughts: 1. Box was on the heavier side (not a negative, just something to think about if you have to lug it somewhere) 2. This item came assembled. HUGE plus! 3. Super quiet...I didn't have to adjust the volume of the TV while I was using it. 4. (Believe another user mentioned this...) Automatic mode tends to "restart"....can be a little frustrating. I've stayed with using "Manual" which is fine with me since the remote is strapped to my wrist and is very easy to use. 5. Sometimes, about 30 minutes of use, it starts making a squeaking noise that goes away...not anything very loud, but I think I need to use the lubricant (which is included in the package). 6. I love the fact that it has wheels....however, it is awkward to move around since it has no handle. 7. This item is great for limited space...it folds up easily and is easy to "hide" 8. It is much more sturdy than I thought. 9. I've already recommended this item to several friends and co-workers.
