Bought for my mother - has really kick-started her into technology. She has found it so easy to use. Bringing family photos into her living room has added an extra dimension to her life.

The picture quality is fantastic, but setting up playlists is a bit of a pain. My favourite method is to use Google albums, which provides some dynamic flexibility.Sadly, there is no access to your LAN, and no sd card slot. DLNA is impossible, a shame. You can only access your playlists via a confusing App.

We bought one, when we powered it the first time it started having issues with the screen, with dark vertical bands appearing and moving around. We returned it and tried purchasing another one - it has the exact same issue. Poor production batch? We don't know but this is definitely not worth the cost.

The frame looked good was easy to set up and the photos looked good but it conked out after one hours use.

Perfect for elderly parent. Continues to run without internet. Starts playing slideshow again after power failure. Screen is sharp, bright and clear. Face AI display works quite well. Bought three.

The resolution is nicer than competitors in the same price range. Pretty good picture quality and easy to setup. Its a little annoying to set up with a tiny remote (have to click around a keyboard for typing in WiFi info). But once its all set up, you can manage the picture stream from you phone.

Unfortunately we cant review the product because it can not plug into Australian power supply.Misleading that the product being sold by “The big Australian Store” that:A) product would be in Australia (which it wasn’t) andB) It would come with a power pack suitable for Australian powerC) at least advise the purchaser it needs a power adapter.Because, unfortunately I have wasted more time trying to source an adapter locally and now waiting for another couple of weeks for one to be delivered via online.So, at this stage am a little disappointed.
