Really good; kids find a little bit spicy
I personally really like it; I view it as a slightly spicy sausage. My kids do think it is a little spicy (10 & 13). When it is mixed with spaghetti or soup though they are ok with it. I am tempted to mix this one with the polish sausage seasoning for an in-between flavor. I prefer this one, and the kids prefer the milder polish sausage seasoning.

Great seasoning
Love this seasoning. Great flavor. I use 25% ground venison and the rest ground pork butt roast. after the first grind, 3/8", I add 1 tblsp each - red pepper flakes, Cajun 2 step and granulated garlic -- per every 5 pounds of meat, along with the packaged seasoning, then grind again through 5/16" plate. Refrigerate for 24-48 hours and then bag or stuff. Makes an awesome breakfast bake with Tots.

Oh man this stuff is good. As soon as you open the bag and sniff it you know it's going to be good

Really good
Seasoning is really good. I use a bit more in a batch. If you do a 5 pound batch. Normally you would use about 8 ounces of the Seasoning but I used 10 ounces because I wanted more flavor in the meat. Taste good that way. Gonna make some gumbo with it soon to see how much better it makes that. Store bought andouille barely has flavor and all taste the same. Wish it wasn't so expensive to get authentic andouille from Louisiana shipped to Illinois.
