I have a refrigerator with a freezer drawer on the bottom with an in-the-freezer ice cube maker. This is the perfect scoop for scooping out the ice. It was the right size for me and it is very high quality. I recommend it.

Well made: I like the handle and the shape of the scoop. I bought it to scoop bird seed and fill my bird feeder. It is absolutely perfect for this task. I believe it would satisfy many cooking tasks as well.

Nice ice scoop. If I bought it again I would probably go one size bigger. We use it with ice we buy at the grocery store since our tap water is gross.

I used this for bath salts in an oversized glass vase and it works perfectly.

It’s sturdy and looks nice. It’s easier to scoop pet foods out of big bags than try to pour it out. I am an average size gal but would like the handle just a bit longer for long term use. I have what I call the thundering herd, so while it’s edges are not sharpe and it is well made a little length would make a very good scoop a great one!

Good size. Durable. Down part is …. ice freezes to the scoop so it needs to be stored out of the ice ben.

Wish my ice machine came with one like this, but it came with a plastic one. This stainless steel one is a better size (bit smaller and can pour into a cup) and its beefy enough to break up the ice in my ice machine (which often drops ice in chunks where the cubes are still stuck together). The plastic one was able to break up the cubes, but I was always afraid it would snap during a party or something. This one is much more robust.
