Protection from flooding
This is one of the best products I have purchased. every time it rained, we had water pour into our garage. Since I have installed this, there has not been a single drop of water come in. What a God send!

My garage has flooded for decades , But no more!
As well as this works, it was difficult to install because it is hard to cut. There was still a mild leak at the ends and foam had to be sprayed in to block the water flow. However I live in a hurricane area and have a badly-designed garage that sits lower than the driveway. I am expecting it to be all right with the next storm. I had no issues with the garage door settling down on the 2 inch Garadam. I’m glad I didn’t go with something cheaper.

Water barrier for the end of my driveway
I ordered the 8 ft 3 in strip and cut it down the middle lengthwise to give me a 16 foot 2-in high water barrier for the end of my driveway. The kit came with plenty of glue for putting it down. It was easy enough to cut using a utility knife.

Stops rain/water penetration under garage door.
Garage had been flooding even with minimal rain as drive slopes down to garage. It would flood to the rear of the garage making it hard to use/storage gardening equipment etc. This barrier has stopped the water getting in under the door. Unfortunately the rain is penetrating through the wood walls as these are in very poor state of repair (only recently bought the property!). So we still have issues but only minimal to what we had previously. Very pleased with the results.
