Has anyone used this on a shotgun?

YES. I Have the Feyachi RS-30 Reflex Sight mounted to two (2) 12-Gauge shotguns.  One is a Mossberg 500 and I use this gun for training and more apropos heavy use in 'Advanced Firearms Training of my students.  I run class and a range so  purchase 12 gauge by the thousands.  The current Feyachi RS-30 Reflex Sight has had about 540 rounds through it's gun in the last 6 months.

And that is an accurate answer as each student is required to fire 50 rounds of 12 gauge (I had 6 students x 50 each and one fired 39 or 40 and hurt their knee = 539/540.

I also fired 20 or so when I mounted the Feyachi RS-30 Reflex Sight.  I have no issues with it. My students love it and many have also purchased the same Feyachi RS-30 Reflex Sight. (I referred them to Amazon and taught them how to mount and zero in several cases.)

It holds zero, survives rough handling (Running, jumping, banging on car doors, banging on 'Shoot House' doors, falling down (see injured knee above) and good old fashioned fumble fingers, tired and sweaty gun & run drops.

Please note: I also have a Feyachi RS-29 Reflex Sight. I like the RS-30 better because of the power button on the side of the unit.   The RS-28 has been durable as well but the power switch is hard to turn and it is integrated in the battery compartment and I tend to have a hard time turning it. (As do my students.)

PS I just ordered another one today.  No better recomendation than that.

The Feyachi RS-30 Reflex Sight is tuff enough for my students it is tuff enough for your bird blaster.

Anyone use this on a Remington 1187?

Use two or more strips of electric tape to abosrb the shock as you push the lock screw all the way forward on the rail so the shock is absorbed initially.. its worked on my mossberg 12g

On the website it says that it requires lr44 batteries but when i got the product, the box says that it requires cr2032 batteries.  what?
