How do you let them down and what noise will it make when the air is coming out

Pull the plug. No noise during deflation.

How do you deflate them please

There is a spout like any other air products such as an inflatable ball.. you can deflate by allowing the internal flap stay open by squeezing the sides of the spout. I used them already and deflates them to store.

How do you let them down

At the plug, there is a valve flap that helps keep air in. To deflate either squeeze the plug while open or use something like a small stick to keep the valve open as you squeeze the air out

How do you deflate them and what noise will it make

Due to their size, simply using your mouth on the valve/air stem and blowing into it will fill the inflatable. They do not make any noise.
