I've been eating apricot seeds from multiple vendors for over a year and these are the best quality. They are bigger and fresher and grown here in the United States. I started taking apricot seeds after reading G. Edward Griffin's eye opening book "A World Without Cancer." If you have not read this book, I highly recommend you do so as it could save you and your family as well as open your eyes to the corrupt medical system. You can eat these seeds raw but are a bit bitter, but after a few times eating them, they tend to go down with no problems. However, I prefer to put 4 to 6 seeds in my morning smoothie and I don't taste them at all. Great product, would highly recommend as part of your supplement regimen.

Great quality. Size of kernels is better than others ive tried. Works for me

If seeds are crushed and mixed with a spoonful of honey they don't taste bitter but delicious.

These are excellent apricot seeds! I want to compare them with other brands to save a few pennies, but I am so pleased with Richardson that I never do. The high quality of the product is to be respected! I've used this brand for a few years now and have received them through three different sources, and they have been excellent each time. Some things you just don't want to mess with. I'm a happy and healthy customer despite the concerns I had years ago when I first started using them.
