was easy to install after removing the old stem
I used it on my rockrider 5.3 (has a low stem height) after feeling neck,lower back and wrist discomfort during a 100k+ ride. was easy to install after removing the old stem. just had to adjust the front brake cable. now I am able to raise my seat to proper height and still have a more comfortable upright position for my rides. just need to be careful to align the stem, top bar and wheel in a straight line when tightening the bolts , having another person for this helps.

its not worth for a 6 ft person
it doesnt help much only raises height only by very few inches....problem with btwin bikes i guess...
