Great for mounting things on vinyl siding. I have a bunch of cameras and solar lights mounted up with these. On bigger items I end up using two at a time. They've been up for a while now thru multiple big storms and haven't budged.

I bought these in order to hang my new Reolink Outdoor Security Cams. Instead of making holes and damaging my sidings with screws and what not, I heard about these clips and decided to go for it, as they were inexpensive and had good reviews.DEPENDING on what sidings you have, these will work great and do the job! I have read some negative reviews about these clips, and I don't know these individuals' situation.All I know is it's working for me. The clips are non-rust and are sturdy, they will not damage your sidings if clipped in the sidings carefully. They can hold a lot of weight and once you clip them in, they give you resistance if trying to get them out, which is good because if you're hanging an outdoor camera, it will not fall off. Before installing I must mention that I used pliers to kind of bend in more the angle of the clips to add more clipping power... (a technique I saw from some folks who have had great results from this)! I do recommend them...give them a try!****UPDATE****They are still going strong, and I have had some Strong and Insane winds rocking my windows, but my hooks are holding up my cameras great! ....Not even a flinch!

These clips enabled us to attach semi light items to a vinyl siding building. Spaced to enable a balanced distribution of the weight and size as most helpful.

The media could not be loaded. I’ve purchased this product twice. They are great! I no longer have to rely on my partner to find his ancient heavy drill or his motivation! Works great for outside decor on the house. The screw allows for depth adjustment for whatever you are hanging. Not too thin, easy to remove. The metal doesn’t scratch easily. I’m sure you could paint these to camouflage them if they were going to be visible. I have used them to hang a solar house number sign, Christmas Flags, and outdoor wall decor. I haven’t and wouldn’t use them with anything heavy, although I suspect the hook would be fine but the flexible vinyl siding would be the fail point.

I was very apprehensive about these hooks at first just from the design of them. But I was very happy when I got them installed to hold my security camera and they worked!! I used two of them per camera and they seem secure and are holding well. I recommend them to use on vinyl siding. Great product!

First, the item arrived very fast and fits the purpose I was hoping to use it for: to mount a Google Nest outdoor camera. I used two of these clips to hold up the one camera. No issues with screw size or any other factors of that nature.The downside is that these don't have much of a true hook at the very top to clip into modern (4yr old house) siding. They slide into the sliding as promised, and would arguably hold up against a weight pulling directly down on the hook. I'm concerned that if wind or some other force was to rotate the hook even slightly upward from the bottom, then it would fall out. They aren't as sturdy as I'd hoped.All that said, I have mounted my camera and secured the cable in such a manner as to prevent the camera from falling more than a few inches if my concerns prove valid. We'll give it some time and weather and hope that I'm wrong. For ten bucks, I'm OK with the experiment.

I have ordered these twice. Easy to use for hanging my signs on my back patio. Definitely a good purchase. Quality is great, and hold all my signs
