Would this fit with a screen protector that covers the edges or would it pop off?

My watch is a 5 series 40mm. Should I buy 38mm? People are saying the 40mm is too big for 40mm watch and order size down.

How is this case when working out?? Does it keep sweat trapped in the case?

I work out at least 4 days a week and I golf as well. Work up a sweat and it does not stay trapped in the case. I do take the case off periodically and clean it and the watch. I have been very satisfied with this protector. My son in law purchased one as well and he has been very pleased with his as well.
