Jump Starter 2000A

I bought the IM27 to replace an old lead battery-type jumper that finally failed. Really glad I did, because this unit is tremendous! I've only had it less than a week, but I can't imagine being without it now. One downside to working from home during COVID is that when you only drive once every few weeks and you leave an interior light on...by the time you come back, your car battery is totally dead. Even my car's clock was reset. The IM27 turned my engine over on the first try. Less than a minute from "Oh, no!" to "Let's go!" Didn't even crack the equivalent of a sweat. I don't have to worry about having jumper cables in the car, or being able to tap a neighbor to jump start my car - just have this device. The entire kit (everything in the case) weighs just over two pounds. Half of that is the battery itself. The only thing lacking is a USB-to-AC plug for charging from an outlet, but I have plenty of those around the house. The kit is small enough to fit in the most cramped trunk - nothing like a tangled mass of jumper cables. The case is a nice hard shell, too. Plenty sturdy. I used this battery to recharge my Galaxy S10e smartphone from 25% to 100%, which took about 90 minutes. It only dropped the IM27 to about 80% capacity, so I could easily recharge our two phones twice each. There's a ruler in the image above so you can see just how compact this unit is. If you carry jumper cables now, this is a MUCH better solution - you don't need another vehicle or another person to get yourself going again. You can also quickly & easily help someone else who's stranded without having to open the hood of your car or truck. Tremendous peace of mind - and what's that worth these days? 12/24/2020 UPDATE: I left the IM27 in my car for the past two weeks - I live in Wisconsin. Brought it in & turned it on - still 98%! Dollar for dollar, this is one of the best purchases I've ever made.

I love this item! A gentleman need a jump one day and he had no jumper cables so I pulled out my Imazing jump starter offer him a jump he told me that little thing want jump start his F250 I told him let’s give it a try! And low and behold my jump box didn’t put me down! It started his truck he was amazed! I have it for 2years hasn’t put me down yet! I charge every two months!

This portable car battery charger seemed very practical and easy to use. It’s compact, doesn’t take up much space, and is perfect to keep in the car in case of an emergency. The instructions are clear, and within minutes you can start the vehicle without needing help. I’ve had it for over a year now, so I can confirm the quality is very good.

I was gonna give 5 starts because the quality is great, the charge is long lasting and overall it's very easy and convenient to use this unit to recharge the car battery. But unfortunately the case zipper broke only after a few time of usage and now since the return window has passed I cannot return or request exchange. The main advantage of this unit was having a portable box and now it's gone. I am wondering if there is anyway I can get the box itself. The other disadvantage is not having a wall charger unit. That would be a great help to be able to charge the unit without a USB cable.

This battery is an awesome to have for those emergency jumps or car repairs. My dad always leaves his car in the garage and eventually will require a jump. This battery is capable of jumping the big four runner in one shot. It was able to jump cars two to three times before it is ran out of power. I do not recommend trying to push the battery beyond three jumps as it already at one light after the 2nd jump. The overall design of the battery is a pretty sturdy design. It is durable from drops except I would not leave this in direct sunlight. It is strong and will not wear or break down easy. There are four indicator lights as well as an okay LED light for night car repair/jumps if you are stuck in a parking lot or in the middle of the road. Now this is a really powerful light that will light up like a christmas tree. It provides a ton of light and great for those emergency light repairs. The flash light and with this big battery behind it you can expect it to last several hours before it dies. This is great to have if you have to do an emergency repair or if you need lighting to attach the jumper cables. The battery itself can be a bit heavy, but it will fit in my hand for easy grip and usage. This battery does have the ability to charge your phone and tablet as needed. It was able to charge my phone roughly four times before needing to be recharged be aware that if you use this to charge your phone it may not have enough power to jump the car. It also has a quick charging port for fast charging but it does not have type c port. It recharges via micro usb port or car ac outlet. Depending on the usage, you could get less but with minimal you can get at least three full charges. It is fairly easy to use the jumper cables. You remove the cover and insert the adapter into the battery. The cables are not extremely long so you will need to put the battery a little closer. I would also let the battery stay connected for at least 60 seconds (on boost) before attempting to start the car. One of the big things about this is that the battery indicator is actually a number and not those four lights. You do not have to guess what power level it is at. It also has a nice protective case to protect your battery from drops and has a place to store all your accessories. Overall I love this battery. It works great and I also recommend storing it in your trunk in order to keep it as cool as possible especially during the hot weather time. DO NOT leave this in direct sun light

This thing is amazing--small & portable (comes in a nice carrying case), is easy to use, has ports for charging a phone or laptop, a flashlight (with strobe), and optional 12V receptacle. Working from home in a northern New England winter did not make my car battery happy--it sat dead as a door nail for over two weeks. I bought this based on Popular Mechanics' review (best budget portable jump starter), and they weren't wrong. It arrived with a 79% charge, so I used my phone charger to bump it up to 100%. It took a while to start charging (I thought it wasn't charging at first), but it was up to 100% in a couple hours (maybe less). I honestly didn't believe this little thing could possibly start my car, but I popped the cables in, clamped the leads to the terminals, turned the key, and the car started right up. I've used it several times since, and it's never failed. Also retains a charge -- even after a few uses, it was still at 100%. My neighbors (having witnessed my stunning successes) are ordering them now. Lol So glad I'll never have to deal with jumper cables again!

Incredible product. Very impressive. I had left my car in the garage without starting for about 2 months with severe cold weather (-0 degrees fahrenheit) I normally associate jump starting a car with old cables attached to another car (with two car hoods open) which I did not want to pursue. I did not want to call AAA to get service. I felt I should be able to solve the problem by myself. I initially searched for battery chargers/maintainers but I was not convinced they were the best solution. My Lexus R450h service manual seemed to encourage using a jump start. This Imazing Portable Car Jump was so neatly designed. I opened the box, carefully read the instructions. It was already charged at 80% but I charged it up to 100%. I attached it to the battery located in the rear trunk of my car; jumped in the front seat and hit the start button; all was quite but then the hybrid system took over and the car was running; I jumped back out of the car and removed the jumper cables within 30 seconds. There was no heat generated from the Imazing starter. It was a very clean operation. I also felt it was very safe. I now have a good emergency power source that is lightweight, easy to store and super easy to maintain (with USB port for charging). Thank you very much for your creativity and for providing such an excellent solution.

Works really well I don’t have to ask anyone for a jump anymore once I’m charged up
