Wow, this is really good, it has adjustment for the amount of air into it to change the foam thickness and also a spreader to make the foam streem wide or narrow. There's also a cleaning needle to clean out the jet if it gots blocked. All the adpters not necessary as it fitted straight onto the end of my Worx battery powered pressure washer. Great product.

Good product
Is it as good as a professional car wash? No. Is it really good for home use at a good price? Yes! It's good enough. I used Meguiar's Ultimate Snow Foam and it foamed up pretty good. No, it wasn't super thick and didn't stick like glue, but it was foamy and lasted long enough to start cutting through the dirt. By the way, I recommend you spray it on a dry car so that it doesn't just drip straight off. (Always rinse off the snow and/or dirt before contact washing your car, else you'll scratch it). It fit my Worx Nitro Hydroshot perfectly and it didn't leak. I didn't try out all the various heads. I'll update as I do. At this price, I'm happy with this product.

Worked once and intermittently the other times ive used it.
Very disappointed and a total waste of my money. Used it 3 times in 4 weeks and it keeps 'cutting out'; its not the brand new karcher i also bought from amazon as all other attachments work. 2 days after the return window has closed and im out of pocket and amazon dont want to know.

Easy to Use, Would Recommend
Easy to use right out of the box. May have to let water flow a bit from the power washer but I used Meguiars Gold Class soap and I didn’t expect it to foam on fairly thick lol. You can adjust how watered down it comes out but overall, I’m no pro and I’m not sure what other product I can compare it to but for just someone who wants to foam down their car, and other stuff lol. it’s pretty good for the price!
