Can you buy spare lids as my kids keep chewing them!

Thank you for your question. Unfortunately we do not supply spare lids.

My bottle is leaking on first use. There is a round hole on the base of the clear spout that looks as if it should have a stopper or air valve in it?

You are correct, ours has a very small black stopper that fits into this hole. Strangely after reading your question our stopper fell out but we were able to reinsert it.

How long do the hot water stay hot

I'm not sure how long it stays hot, but I wouldn't recommend putting hot water in it, as it's aluminium the outside gets really hot.

Will this product keep drinks cold?

Hi there, It is normal aluminium drinking water bottle. It won’t make drink hot or cold like freezer or thermos. Thank you BS Souvenirs
