I can't remember exactly but the problem with these "go less" supplements (and there are several on sale) is that they dehydrate you, which is why you "go less".  Dehydration can cause a lot of problems and is hard on your kidneys, so be cautious.

Hi! Here are the supplement facts for the Swanson Go Less. 
Serving Size 2–3 Softgels

Bladder Control Phytoestrogen Complex consisting of:
Go-Less®Pumpkin Seed Extract, Fat Free
 540 mg per 2 softgels or 810 mg per 3 softgels
Isoflavone Glycosides (from Go-Less® soy germ extract)
 30 mg per 2 softgels or 45 mg per 3 softgels

Other ingredients: Rice bran oil, gelatin, glycerin, maltodextrin, purified water, annatto extract, yellow beeswax, soy lecithin, titanium dioxide.

Contains soy.

Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, take three softgels two times per day for the first two weeks. Thereafter, take two softgels two times per day.
